CityWest, Vanderhoof Office

UPDATE: CityWest was good about getting my internet going when I called again and offered a short term discount for my problems. The internet has worked fantastic since it has been up and running.I’ve gotten the absolute run around by CityWest in Vanderhoof. Internet was supposed to be hooked up on June 3. A technician comes and can’t get it working and he says something must be wrong with the modem. The technician said that he will come back on Monday to change out the modem and get the internet going for us. This is already annoying, but not a huge deal.Now comes Monday the 6th and the same technician tells us that he can’t make it and tells us to book an appointment for Wednesday the 8th!I have never dealt with an internet provider that have such poor communication.

For most part ok nothing to talk about but when you service goes down and you don't post it on your website that's a serious commication issue. I thought my router failed so I bought a new one only to find out its been down for 2 days with nothing on their website
