I wouldn’t even give this location 1 star. Rude Employees who yell at customers. We asked for spicy they make it sweet with no chilli had to go back which is 15 minute drive from our home. Asked them nicely that they made a mistake, their employee or owner who ever it was yelled at my partner. They remade with just chillies in it. We ordered green curry and its red. Worst store, horrible service, food tastes bad with no flavour. The owner or franchisee should be ashamed of their service they provide.

My favourites are the Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp, and the Yellow Chicken Curry add bamboo shoots! The portions are quite large, normally I get 2 big meals from one dish and they taste great the next day! I’ve tried the Thai tea (very good!) I’ll definitely be trying more of the menu.The Country Village location is bright and clean, with friendly and efficient staff! It brightened my day to hear one of the chefs singing to himself while he cooked!

We don’t call Pad Thai as Thin noodle with covered with awful sweet chili sauce..I thought they are jokingWhat a waste money lolNever ever gonna visit Thai express any locations again.Hope they don’t have plan for another brand like stair fried soy sauced pasta restaurant called ‘Italian express’ lol

Had lunch at Thai Express. Service was fast and very friendly.I had the General Thai with crispy chicken - it was phenomenal. A good covering of sauce and it paired well with the coating on the chicken.My friend ordered the fried chicken dumplings as a side - wow! Not something I would have normally thought of ordering on my own but I’ll definitely have them again. They were hot and full of flavour.We ate in the restaurant and it was very clean. Can’t wait to go back and sample the rest of the menu.

Not a great experience today. Pad Thai was missing lime wedge and green onion (well, if you look really hard you will see one slice of green onion). The bean sprouts were already mixed in, instead of being nestled on top. Tried the Thai iced tea, and it was also awful. Not sure if it was the coconut milk or what, but there was an off taste. There was nothing appealing about this meal. I will not return.

Very disappointed. I LOVE the tom yum soup at Thai express. But not at this location, I was surprised that it was only 3/4's full, a tiny amount of chicken, very little noodles and although I paid $2.50 for extra coconut milk but there was no extra. I am shocked that a franchise would allow one store to be so different from the others.I would say if this is your first try of Thai express go to a different location and you will see their food is much better quality and much larger portion. For almost $20 I expect more.I gave 2 stars because the store itself looks very nice and clean, food is one star.

I ordered the General Tao chicken plate for about 12 bucks. The chicken was heavily breaded in a gooey sauce with carrots and onions. All this on a bed of plain rice. It tasted ok, nothing too special. It gave me a bit of a sore gut after, probably the spices. I expected coconut rice, but they didn’t have that. Not enough veggies, tasteless rice and so so flavoured. Not that healthy so I won’t be returning. Not that friendly staff who don’t greet you or say goodbye. I definitely didn’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling on arrival or departure. So I say bye bye.
