Staff is nice and friendly, they normally have good deals, store is kept clean and neat.

Had to review because the customer service here was so bad I still think about it. Came here to exchange a pair of shoes on 9/7/22. I called ahead to double check if they had the size I needed and they set it aside for me. The lady at the register, I think Parm was her name (I could be slightly off) was incredibly rude from the moment I started interacting with her. I told her someone had set aside the shoes for me, and she pulled them out only for them to be the wrong style.She then started questioning me very rudely and aggressively, asking me who I spoke to on the phone, what time I called, and even asked me who was working at that time. How am I supposed to know this?? I don't work here. When she eventually grabbed the correct style in the right size, she did the exchange and then told me I needed to pay the difference left over because I had used my SPC on the pair I was exchanging. LOL. It was only when I argued with her about the fact that I'm allowed to use my SPC on the new pair as well that she relented and applied the discount again.Never in my life have I come across such a rude, aggressive person. I've dealt with my fair share of difficult customers working retail, but I've never dealt with such a difficult employee at a store. How embarrassing for her.

The Shoe Company has the best selection of shoes! I am really happy with the styles and prices for the summer sandals I ordered. The store manager, Shalu was so helpful and friendly and she answered my questions about the brands I was ordering.

Fantastic service. Went to buy one pair of shoes, walked out with four. Mindy in particular was especially helpful. I was not able to locate what I was looking for - Mindy found them online and had them shipped directly to my residence. Great experience. Location: Morgan Creek, BC.

Horrible and unfriendly customer service (I used to work at a competitor). Be warned you can’t use store credits online and they won’t honour online coupons

I order on line, I would of given zero stars but the package arrived on time. The Grey package was in good condition but the shoe box was mangled inside and retaped. I sent an email to the head office with pictures but some reason they couldn't view them. You may be think who cares about the box, if you are giving as a gift the box is pretty important. I was so shocked I did really look at the boots, after a few days, I looked at the boots again and noticed minor scratches, this makes me think that these were a return and not new, it was never listed as use or a return. I'm not pleased

Great selection for all ages. Brand names . Nice staff who are very helpful.
