The dishes could have been more flavourful. It's not as good as dim sum in bigger cities but for our city, I'd say it's the best dim sum place we've got. The service was great.

Great Dim Sum. This is a fairly small restaurant. They do good Dim Sum on the weekends. They have kind of a unique system which I love. They have both cart service and a Menu Cart service. The most popular dishes and those that do best on a steam cart are served in a traditional cart service manner, so you have a good half of your meal within minutes of sitting down. The menu cart comes around a few minutes latter and has an example of each of the specialty dishes. You can point and order each of these and they are prepared fresh for your table.The staff are excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they are all fluent in English and Chinese.This is our favourite Dim Sum place in the city.

It's Hands-down the best Chinese food in the city. It's in fact some of the only authentic Chinese food you can get in Regina.That said, it's hugely overpriced. Watch as it fills with disgruntled Chinese customers, who tend to resent the price yet have no choice if they want an authentic Chinese meal.Still, if you are willing to pay, this is real chinese food. Salty, but no doubt extremely flavorful. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city.

If you’re looking for authentic and really good tasting Dim Sum, this resto is for you! The Dim Sum, especially on the weekend specials, are very fresh, tasty, and well made. The exterior facade and OG part of the resto can be considered old and intimidating by new patrons as it’s a bit dated and has the “hole in a wall” vibe but for Anyone who grew up in Asia, this is the look of a “mom&pop” store where you will be served food cooked for family and not commercialized food like so many restos in Regina do nowadays. The service is topnotch and the food comes out real quick. Will definitely recommend!!!

I went for lunch here and had a good meal with reasonable prices. We did the dim sum option and had nothing but good food. The service was also very good and prompt. Would be interesting to see their dinner menu.

I personally like this place. I go there very often . I went to many Chinese restaurants in Regina but I felt that the food is mostly bland . I like very spicy Chinese food. Four seas is small restaurant with not good customer service. But the food is tasty and flavorful. .My personal favorites are spicy chicken, hunan chicken, and Kungpao. I also love their Mushroom chicken fried rice but I don't like their soups though..

We went for the dim sum lunch, the food was good & the service was good too. The soy mike and the deep fried Chinese donuts out were the best combination. Haha, we stayed @ Regina for one night, this lunch gave us enough energy to the next city.

Food is delicious. So many dishes that you don't see anywhere else. Not your standard Americanized Chinese food. If your go to is chicken balls and fried rice, this may not be the place for you. They do it differently and it is awesome.

Four Seas Chinese Food Restaurant
This is our go to Dim Sum place. Cart Service Dim Sum, can be very busy at times but for good reason, it's that good in my opinion. Staff are friendly and service is usually fast. Very good selection on food. The place could use an update to look more modern. Prices are moderate, your bill can easily rack up between $50-$60 for two people if your hungry. Finding parking can be a nightmare sometime as it is located downtown.

Excellent dim sum. I took my friend from Edmonton and we both agreed: much better than Edmonton!! Fresh, tasty and good portions. I enjoyed all the dishes ( 7 between the 2 of us)!!
