Enterprise Truck Rental

This was my first experience at this Enterprise location as I specifically needed a cargo van for a move but I have used Enterprise many times before and have become a loyal customer. They aren't necessarily the cheapest option out there but there is simply no comparison when it comes to customer service and a headache-free experience (which in the car/truck rental business, can be a big deal!!). Most other places don't really care if you get your vehicle on time, if you actually get the vehicle you requested or if your plans are impacted by scheduling. I dealt with Kingsley at this location and he was awesome! The whole day went seamlessly and I'm very appreciative for how he managed the booking process. His customer service was excellent! I would definitely use this Enterprise location again. Thanks, Kingsley!

Oscar plus staff were extremely accommodating and understanding when my first rental from them experienced a hit and run while it was parked. They set me up with a new rental immediately. Hands down best customer service experience.

I had a great experience here. There was a tall gentleman who I can’t remember their name and another person named Aseem. Both were polite and respectful. Sometimes I do feel a little anxious going into a workplace where it is only men, however all of them were harmless and very good at their job.

Great location, one minutes walk from Up Express Bloor Station. Saved over $400 picking up my rental car here rather than at YYZ. Ten minute train journey, well worth it to save cash. Staff are excellent and so friendly - couldnt do enough to ensure my service was great quality.

Staff was rude. Guy refused to help me so he could practically hit on another female customer. It wasn’t funny when I had to leave without a car and you all laughed at me.

Great service, reasonable prices and clean well-maintained trucks. I rented a 16 ft cube van for a move and was very happy. Would definitely recommend.
