Beds for Tails Country Kennels

I found beds for tails when I moved to Ottawa, hoping it could be a new daycare for my pup. The first day I sent her, was the last.Upon drop off, I had asked for a pic or quick video, for reassurance, to make sure my nervous pup was doing ok, and playing with the other pups.Upon pick up, my pup was nervous, to be expected. But I never received the picture or video, and instead, got very vague feedback. “She did well”When I asked about the pictures, I was told that they are too busy to actively attend to these requests. I worked at a kennel for over 5 years, and taking a couple minutes to give your client that peace of mind is totally worth it.I had mentioned this kennel to a friend to check out while on vacation. When they picked their dog up, they also received very vague feedback.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this kennel.

Both of my dogs have been going there for over 10 years now, they love it! My oldest dog has a lot of anxiety and he very happily goes off with them. My other dog loves the attention he gets as one of the people who works there was involved with his rescue and still has a special place in her heart for him. They are both treated like the royalty that they are!

Such a great experience! We were gone for almost 3 weeks and I did not worry about my dog at all! Easy drop off/pick up. Excellent communication and my dog was so happy and healthy upon pick up. Thank you to the team! I’ll be back :)

Stella always has a great time here and the staff are wonderful. She comes home clean and exhausted.

Highly recommend Jessica here! She always made my Pomeranian, Rosie, look and smell beautiful! She was very responsive to messages and understanding when things came up.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable place to board their furry loved ones to use Beds for Tails Country Kennels. The staff were very professional and accommodating, my beagle was well looked after. Our dog was returned clean and in a pleasant demeanour. We will use this kennel again without hesitation.

We are truly grateful to everyone here for letting us bring our old granddog to this wonderful place. The grounds, the staff, are wonderful.

Great local service! Our pup has been for doggy daycare as well as long term stay. He always comes back well socialized and ready for a good nap!

Incredible service and care for my 2 old dogs!!! I’ve been to a few kennels however when one of my dogs became diabetic I was left to find a kennel which would accommodate giving insulin injections… I wish my dogs had gone to beds for Tails all along as the facility is great, service incredible and dogs are SO happy!!! Special kudos to the staff! They truly care about the pets which as an owner is beyond comforting.
