Amazing service! Our jeep broke down, and took a few days to fix. They lent us a courtesy car for the final day, due to complications they were experiencing in getting the jeep parts. The lady at the front desk has excellent customer service skills, and was very friendly and empathetic to the whole situation. I felt that we paid a fair price for the work that had been done. And to top it off they provide a one year warranty for the parts they put in, and for their work. Overall a good experience

Brock Auto always takes great care of my vehicle needs. They never try to upsell me, and they always try to work out the most cost-effective option to get the job done right. They have excellent communication and always update me about my vehicle. As a woman I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of, which is rare in my experience with auto shops. I recommend Brock Auto to all my friends and family!

Dealing with Ian, Wendy and the staff at Brock Auto is always a pleasure. They've always done a fantastic job for us and I haven't had a bill yet that has gone over their quote. Any time I leave my vehicle with them I know that I will get it back repaired properly the first time. I highly recommend Brock Auto!

I've always had good experience with these folks. Wendy is super friendly and totally understands budget constraints and will work with you for appointment dates etc. They have always used higher end parts for any vehicle I've had in, at very reasonable part prices (not jacked way up from Lordco/w discount). They've never attempted to up-sell me on anything I didn't need and actually saved me $$ on something I thought needed replacing but actually didn't. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Kamloops area.

The staff at Brock Auto are tremendously wonderful. I have had too many bad experiences with other places here. They are honest, won’t rip you off, kind, helpful, trustworthy. They have helped me out so much. I’m so happy I finally found them!! Hands down I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review 5 minutes after getting off the phone with a woman that works the counter at Brock Auto. I am a Red Seal Technician and my assistance was enlisted by a female friend of mine that had her Subaru engine timing belt snap while driving. She had it towed to Brock Auto and they threw a new belt on, started the car and found that the engine was running poorly. At this point they removed the belt and returned it to the parts store, saving my friend money as they know she can't afford much. A very nice thing to do. I called on her behalf as she was too upset to remember the fine details of their concerns with her engine. The woman that answered was initially pleasant. I explained that I am a Red Seal Technician that was calling to find out what they had found with the car. I was respectful, not arrogant, and I was sure to state that I only wanted to find out how far they had gotten with the vehicle. The woman told me that after they had run the car and determined that the engine was not running correctly with the new timing belt, they removed the belt and stopped the diagnosis right there. Reasonable, as they did not want to spend more of my friends money than necessary. At this point (remember that my friend asked me to inquire on her behalf) I asked how much they would quote to do a compression test on all four cylinders to determine which specific cylinder(s) was damaged. At this point the woman started to cut me off before I got even my request out saying let me stop you right there. If you are a mechanic

Glad I decided to have my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude checked by Brock Auto (after 2 lower mainland shops failed) Lowell the mechanic diagnosed & identified the problem after a quick round-the-block test drive and walking beside the vehicle for a stretch. Very satisfied with the repair and the reasonable cost of the repair. The Wendy and Ashley at the office were awesome to talk to and were upfront with cost and extent of repair. They surely have gained themselves another customer! Thanks guys, really appreciate everything you've done.

I'm pretty disappointed in their service. I brought my car in to get the shocks replaced and to clear up some codes on my dash that were preventing my car from engaging 4wd. The shocks weren't done and the codes came back the next day. They're too busy to see me now and I feel like I spent $600 on nothing.

Brock Auto treated us like family today. They went above and beyond fitting us in when our vehicle was the only one we had that fits all 3 babies. It was a simple fix and they reported it honestly and charged us minimally. Great service! Great people who really care!!!!!

I went to Brock auto Centre to see if I could get my mud flap fixed on my truck as it had come off on one side. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me because he was very kind and fixed my mud flap very quickly! I did not have an appointment but he still stopped what he was doing to fix it.I will definitely be returning for any other issues I have with my truck!
