Very good clean store. When I start going there they we were considerate and helpful.... Now, that they recognize me they do say hi. But they dont help because I know where everything I need is. They always have what I need in stock. And when they dont I am able to call them aand when they get they call me and I go pick it up. I have heard of the this service at the one I use to go to regularly in Lasalle when I live on the island.... But i havent used it.

They were so kind and helpful today when one of my dogs took off towards the road because she was afraid of the sliding doors. And kudos for being able to cut my Diva pug' nails. Un Gros MERCI!!

Good place to get Vetdiet food. Been buying here since I have a cat. Loyalty program which allow you to get a certain amount of money per transaction on your account and use it on the next transaction.

Great selection of accessories however only name brand high grain foods available. No high protein kibble foods like acana brands, only royal canine and purina vet types.

This is a nice place, very clean. The only thing, the staff could be a little friendlier. It's not that they were rude or anything just average or a little below.

Very helpful staff and clean store. I wish they had a larger variety of dog foods, like Fromm, but I think that's not specific to this store, but to Mondou in general.
