Synergy Credit Union

The new atm installed a few weeks ago now does not allow deposits to service credit union. For a decade i could do that without issue but now because of programming or some other issue the new machine no longer offers that option for service cards...affinty or other credit union cards are not an issue. Unfortunately for synergy unless they address this issue i will close accounts there related to my family and move investments i have through them as they are not service friendly. I have spoken about it a week ago and will give it another week or two...after that il visit and move everything if nothing is corrected.

Why can’t we contact our branch direct rather then going through central exchange ? So much nicer contacting turtleford credit union get to speak to a real person immediately.St Walburg use to be that way until amalgamation which was suppose to improve service.It did allow us to build a huge office building in Lloyd and pay the management a lot more money.
