Was here for Bridal shower yesterday. Food served was excellent. Staff were polite and efficient.

Went for a work Christmas party. Everything was alright except the DJ. My god… I have never seen a worse DJ in my life. He purposely chose all of the most boring songs that exist (ex: Silent Night….?) He told us to make requests, but when I went up and made a request he told me he hated his job and was trying to make sure he never got hired again. I was so excited for a night out, to let loose. That DJ was awful.

It's really about the people who you are there with, otherwise, it's still slow food service and food is just okay. Lots of parking and venue is located in the heart of the city. Lighting isn't great and the 2 pillars in the middle of the room cause a sightline issue. Be cautious when planning your event here if these are issues for you.

Use to be my favourite place but food has become very bland. The chicken supreme was one of my favourites but now has this white sauce on it and no taste. Must be a new chef that doesn’t use the same recipes. Too bad.

Really disappointed to see that this place wastes so much food. They don’t donate leftovers to any of the service orgs in town — they don’t even compost! It just all goes in the garbage after an event! What a terrible waste.

I dined at the Italian club having high expectations from the reviews. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes to be greeted, we were told our table was given away and had to wait for another to be cleared. The greeter was pretty rude. We were then sat and waited 25 minutes to get our order for food and drinks taken. Our food then came 40 minutes later. Our food was great. This is the tiger prawn pasta. Someone did not check on us until our food was done and then waited another 20 minutes for bill to pay. Food was good for takeout but I don't think I'd go back unfortunately.

For a hall with banquet facilities, I found it a little dark, not so sparkly but was clean and tidy and the food made up for background, staff courteous and very efficient one of the better banquet halls to-date
