Great place they special ordered in a rabies vaccine for us and gave it to the horses on the trailer which saved us having to get the ottb back on the trailer!

Very grateful for Dr. Archibald's care for my senior horse. He had a diarrhea problem for a full year (messy!) and wasn't responding to typical treatments. After a year I decided to have Dr. Archibald take a look. With some creative experimentation, to which my horse actually responded to NEXT DAY, he has been diarrhea free for 3 months now! It's amazing!!! Dr. Archibald is very caring and thorough in his approach... logical and reasonable. A wonderful asset to have on your horse's side.

Had multiple issues with this vet. From being hours late to appointments, without telling us. One on occasion this summer, one of my horses had an abscess which they never showed up for, even after calling them and checking in on the status.The final straw came today when they sent my horses vet records to my new vet. I saw that Dr.Archibald noted a severe heart murmur in 2017, and further diagnostics were recommended. This was never communicated to me, I even went through all of the email correspondence to confirm. While I was not at the appointment, because I was at work. A finding this significant should absolutely be communicated to the horse owner. I have been riding this horse in the two years following that initial finding with absolutely no idea. I only found out about the heart murmur when I had to call a different vet out on an emergency call. Would not recommend going to this vet.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful with a horse shoe project for a Christmas present. I'm sure I will be doing more and I will be back soon for more shoes and supplies!

This summer we had a lame horse. One of those problems with no apparent cause. We had several professionals from various fields look at him with no solution. Sean took a very logical & methodical approach to isolating where & what the problem was. He involved us in the process & explained what he was doing & why. Once we had a diagnosis Sean provided treatment options along with cost & expected results. We opted for a reasonably priced surgical option & are just over two weeks into recovery. The horse is moving well, extending nicely @ a trot & heading for a full recovery.Archibald is our equine vet of choice, nuff said
