Benjamin Moore - Okotoks Decorating

Called Lisa (owner) and Diane to see if they had any PPE (disposable painting coveralls, masks, etc) for our company's Nurses/Drs/Techs doing medical Screening work for essential service corps, and not only did she sell me all they had in their store, but she is working on finding more for us to buy as well. First class local business that gives a darn! Thank you Lisa and Team!

Beautiful Store! Very helpful staff. Came in to look at Window Coverings. They have an excellent showroom and were very helpful with all my questions. They had an offer going on for a color consult and then they gave me 15% off my paint! So it's a one stop shop for all my reno needs. Happy i dropped in!

Went in today to buy paint and primer for my kitchen cabinets. The ladies inside were very kind and extremely helpful. They gave me great ideas and were very patient as this is my first time doing something like this so I had a lot of questions. I absolutely recommend!!!

I never thought I would have passion about a paint store, but the ladies at Okotoks Decorating are so wonderful! I’ve been in more times than I can count as I’ve been repainting my entire house and refinishing furniture and they always have amazing advice and are so friendly and helpful. Not to mention you can’t beat the quality of Benjamin Moore paint.

We are working on painting our entire house that we just moved into, and I've been in this store too many times to count already. The ladies always greet me (and whoever I bring with me) and are super friendly. They get involved in helping with which colours and lines to use, and they want to see the progress of our projects! I'll be back many more times and am very happy to do so

I had a project that became a nightmare. Diane at Benjamin Moore not only told me where I'd gone wrong but gave me the tools and more importantly the advice to get the project back on track. Thank you for your patience and all of your help.

Currently 7 months pregnant, and I parked my car in one of their 3 empty parking stalls at 4:05pm. I was dropping my car off for an appointment so it was only to be parked in the stall for a couple minutes, as the place that my car was going into their 3 parking stalls were full. I tried to explain this and offered to move it but I continued to get badgered by whoever was working there today. She yelled at me, over the sound of my husbands diesel truck, telling me I couldn’t park there for literally 2 mins AND I was offering to move it but she yelled over me. Thankfully, the employee of where my car was going into came out to move my car into their shop as she was yelling at me. The entire experience probably lasted a solid 4 mins from the time I put my car in park to the time the car was moved.Never will I ever, step foot in that business because of their employees behaviour towards a pregnant woman over ONE of 3 empty parking stalls. I would have resonated if they were busy, but it’s 4pm on a Friday and CLEARLY not busy as she had nothing better to do than yell at me for using her parking stall for 4 mins!! Not what I expected from a business in the Okotoks Community!
