Jennifer photographed our small, 12 person wedding in July. We were so happy that she was the 13th person - she fit in so well with us and our families and it felt like she was another friend who was there to celebrate with us.She was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding and had quick response times. We are not originally from NL so we relied on her for outdoor photo location recommendations, which were stunning. We didn't care for some of the more traditional wedding photos/poses and she was gracious in catering to our individual requests and capture moments that were meaningful to us, many of which included our pets.In the end she provided a stunning variety of photos. As a couple who are not super comfortable in front of a camera, Jennifer made it so fun, comfortable, and this was reflected in the images she sent us. We wouldn't have asked for more.Thank you Jennifer for an amazing experience and photos we will cherish forever. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering a photographer.

I can't say enough good things about Jennifer! I fell in love with Jennifer's work on instagram and was thrilled to have found a photographer willing and adventurous enough to hike on our wedding day! My (now) husband and I are not from Newfoundland, and Jennifer was helpful every step of the way - from recommending services and places to visit to offering insight into the best spots to take pictures.She documented our wedding day perfectly. She candidly captured every moment and brought them to life in her signature style. She's the photographer you want by your side for such an important and memorable occasion. Our wedding was small and intimate, and Jennifer didn't feel like a stranger taking our photos but rather a new friend. She's the best!

We had the pleasure of booking Jennifer to capture our elopement and the experience was absolutely perfect. She is so easy to talk to and took a lot of stress out if the planning stage for me. Even though we didn’t meet in person until the day of the elopement she was always available via email or video chat to discuss new ideas and work out logistics. Neither of us had spent much (or any) time in the area where we were getting married so it was a joy to have somebody like Jennifer researching with me and we ended up finding the perfect locations for the shoot.Her style is beautiful! She captured so many amazing candid moments and really made the event come to life. I love looking back at the album now, going through it from start to finish, and reliving the day again and again.I feel so lucky to have found Jennifer, I can’t imagine the day with anyone else. She’s a great collaborator and will make any event she captures absolutely magical.

Jennifer is an amazing photographer! She did the photos for my wedding and did a fantastic job! The photos are exceptional and better than anything my wife and I could have expected!Not only does she capture amazing photos but she also makes sure the experience of taking the photos is fun too. I’m not one who likes to take lots of photos but Jennifer made the whole experience lots of fun and not stressful at all which I had been worried about. She gave the perfect amount of direction to make the whole experience fun but also to get amazing photos of our special day!She was responsive, communicative, reliable, flexible and professional. What blew us away about Jennifer was how seamlessly she fit into our day. We had never met in person prior to our wedding, but she hit the ground running and fit right in. She captured a beautiful blend of posed pictures and candids, and you can absolutely feel the love from the day radiating through our shots. She gave just the right about of direction, her compliments kept our confidence up throughout the day (neither of us are big picture takers), and we were so grateful for how quickly she worked. We didn’t feel like we were standing around taking pictures for HOURS; instead, it felt like she was capturing the day as it naturally unfolded.On a professional note, Jennifer was also very easy to communicate with, quick to respond to questions and emails, and very accommodating when plans/timelines needed to shift slightly. The pictures from our wedding day are such a treasure - we can’t stop looking at them, and have received so many compliments on how amazing they are!

Jennifer did a great job with our engagement and wedding day photos. I'm not all that comfortable in front of a camera. For our engagement photos, she put us both at ease and directed us well. Our wedding day was hectic, but she was a pleasure to have around and she managed to capture more lovely moments than I knew existed. The pictures are beautiful. Jennifer is an excellent photographer and all round cool gal. Thanks for your services, Jennifer!

The short of it is, Jennifer is an awesome photographer, and if you want to cherish the memories of your event/wedding, you cannot pick a better person.Our wedding was held on Fogo Island, far away from our usual stomping ground. We didn’t expect to meet our photographer 1 day before the wedding since she will be arriving from St. Johns. So, color us surprised when we encountered Jennifer on the same ferry that’s travelling toward the island. Her enthusiasm and passion for this project gave us great confidence during our conversation, but it’s the following days that she really demonstrated her skills. In 1 or 2 days on an island she’s never been herself, she has scouted several beautiful locations that’s within feasible travel distance in wedding dress. For the wedding, Jennifer made sure to not be intrusive, but at the same time able to capture all the great moment. How she did that has to be a trade secret. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the result, for the photos far exceeded our expectations. They captured all the right details, highlighted the natural beauty of each and everyone. Every time we look at those photos, it’s like the wedding happened just last week, all the memories are fresh and vivid as they can be.So, if you have the opportunity, hire Jennifer for your event. She’ll help you keep those memories as long as you still have those photos (or ask her if you’ve lost them).

My husband and I eloped at city hall in Oct. We were approaching our 15th year anniversary and, for many years, talked about eloping. We're not into big weddings or events, so initially, I didn't even think I'd want or need a photographer, but after strong input from family, they convinced me. We eloped at city hall in St. John's, we wanted something small, quick, and spontaneous. I found Jennifer's page online, loved her work, and luckily, she was able to squeeze us in at such short notice. We're so thankful she did! What a wonderful day! We thought it would be so awakard, and I hate being the center of attention, I even hate getting my picture taken, but Jennifer was wonderful! It felt like we were with a friend. All the pictures were amazing and absolutely captured the love and happiness of the day. We went to city hall, explored the beautiful scenery at cuckolds cove, and ended the day at quidi vidi with beers and a private tour/access/photo session at the quidi vidi brewery's haunted house (our favorite holiday is halloween). We love looking back at our photos. They take us right back to that day, and we're so happy that we had Jennifer there with us. This review is late and long over due but if you want to capture the most amazing photos of your special day, however you choose to celebrate, Jennifer is the absolute best, and you will love the pictures and the time you have with her!

We had tons of fun during our shoot. We were able to be ourselves and Jennifer captured some beautiful shots. We are happy with ALL the final products and look forward to taking more pictures with her one day!
