Really wanted to like this place. I just bought a new house and was hoping they’d help me get a top of the line TV, Sonos for all floors, etc. I decided to give them a try and asked about their stock for an 8K tv. They said they’d call back and never did. I had alternates in mind, and would have happily paid and waited for everything to come into stock…but I lost confidence they could place my $10K+ order for me and effectively communicate when they were ready for pickup. I’m ok if a small business has fewer hours, but it’s retail and M-F 9-4 is just too extreme if i need to chase them down.

Brentview is such an amazing place to shop for electronics. I have been buying from here since the mid 90s. Just bought a Sony 77” OLED. They delivered and installed. Very happy with the personal touch, supporting a local business (been around since the late 60s) and the very knowledgeable staff. Will probably need a sound system now lol.Added a photo of the amazingly clean install.Highly recommend! Forget Best Buy!

Great small business that has all your home theatre needs. Even during covid the service and customer service they provide is second to none. Making sure people are well taken care of and all questions are answered. If you want great customer service with the highest level of products and personable experience avoid big box stores snd support locally. This authorized and trusted dealer store is the place to go. Outstanding Service and Experience!Called in a day earlier at an hour that I did not know was after store hours but the owner was kind enough to look in to and hold the sound bar (that I was unable to find any of the big-box stores) till the next morning.I made an appointment (due to COVID-19) and came to what I can only describe as a great experience. Stephen, was beyond courteous and had my item set aside for me. He walked through his thoughts on it and I asked him a number of questions on other unrelated electronics that I was interested in and curious about, that he ran me through happily.Price, interaction and overall was enough to ensure that this is going to be the place I go to for all my TV and Audio needs.Thanks for everything!

I am a big fan of supporting local businesses. Brentview Electronics is a gem in the neighbourhood. Two years ago I needed a repair and they gladly referred me to another local business. Recently I purchased a new TV and found Steve and his team extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. They were a pleasure to work with. Extremely accommodating and their attention to detail was much appreciated.

Searched around the country - to virtually all Canadian MartinLogan dealers - for a Motion 30 centre channel (a previous model), but unlike other dealers, Stephen was keen enough to say no older 30's but offered his demo 50XT. What was exemplary about all this, was delivering this hefty centre channel across the country with a high level of care towards packaging, shows experience and attention to detail towards handling quality audio equipment. The picture shows the demo 50XT pulled out (did not have original box) and all the protective materials Stephen used for the cross-country delivery. Great job. Very glad Stephen responded to my search and delivered exceptional care towards my purchase.
