Purify Water is amazing. They will come and check your bottle inventory regularly, will swap out empties for new ones as well as older for fresh ones. Billing is automatic and they're very affordable. Also, their water tastes great! Highly recommended!

It’s always great to order my remineralized alkaline water from Purifi Water! They deliver on time and are flexible with their delivery options. Their water is top-notch. Not all drinkable water is equal. Great customer service and great delivery drivers as well.

Love the service from these guys, they’re not set days to get deliveries. I have called that day, and they always manage to get me in. They have even went out of their way and brought my jugs into my house where I store them, that to me is excellent service! I love going into the store, James is the young guy at the store, he’s the most friendly person ever, always remembers your name, talks to you like a friend. Remembers what trip you were going on, or what you said you were doing the last time you were in. They’re just so personable, something you would get from a small town. Just love dealing with them!

Fantastic service. Stopped in as I was passing by for a water pump as we are currently between homes as one is being built, so we are in our trailer. James was super helpful in helping me out. Highly recommend.

They staff is so pleasant and helpful! We buy the Alkaline remineralized and it’s really good. I had a couple of bottles filled today and also got some help with a leaky spigot that I didn’t even buy at the store. More businesses should have the customer service that these guys have!

We went to the store for the first time yesterday and received great service from the young guy working. Explained the coolers and water program to us. We found it very helpful and bought a water cooler and recieved two bottles of water free. So convenient and will bring our business back

I have been a customer of Purified water for over 10 years. They are always professional and very friendly. Deliveries to my home are prompt. They can usually deliver the same day or latest the next day. The water is always fresh and clear. The bottles are like new always. I would not consider getting my water elsewhere. Jim Schmidt. Their water is great and free from so many harsh chemicals, including fluoride. Their staff are so very courteous! Those guys are strong; wielding the 18L bottles full of water like they weighed half as much! They load them into my vehicle and always wish me a good day.

The customer service is awesome, everyone is so helpful and kind. If you pick up, which is so convenient for us, they will bring the bottles to your car. We have been purchasing premium water in BC and moving here we were looking for something similar and this quality is exceptional!
