Would highly recommend this service. Did an amazing job, working room by room as a team ensuring that all areas were done quickly and efficiently. Services and costs were outlined prior and matched end result. Could not have accomplished this on our own !

I have been shopping at Community Cleaning/Sudz Bar since they opened. Their products are amazing, their staff is friendly and my home has never been cleaner. (No easy task with 6 people living in our home) Their staff has always been able to help me find whatever cleaning product I've needed from scrubbing out dirt from our pets, or getting stains out of clothes and doing our deep cleaning of showers etc... Very knowledgeable and helpful.

One of their crews came to my house -- first thing they say is they probably won't get finished in allotted time. What took them 7.5 hours to do would have taken me 4, maybe 5, and to top it off they stole CDN$400 and USD$400 cash from a hiding place in my closet. The owner essentially accused me of misplacing it, when clearly the bag containing the cash had been removed from the shoe and tucked into the back of the closet. They say everyone they use has criminal checks -- I would like to see the paperwork confirming that they really do know the people they hire. I would never use theme again -- expensive, rude, lethargic and thieves !!

I am very disappointed with my experience with community clean Uxbridge for several reasons & would not recommend them. They quoted me for 1.5hrs of work with two staff members over the phone. We agreed upon said price. The employees showed up to do the work and said “we were told we have 1.5hrs of work to do”, excellent.. same expectation as what was stated over the phone. They packed up and were driving down the street after 1hr 15mins in our house (1hr spent cleaning 15mins spent unpacking and packing up & talking to us about the issue of our broken vacuum). Unfortunately in the process, half of my house was cleaned (the basement left untouched despite being asked to do that last). They used our vacuum and broke it into two pieces, it took a while before they owned up to this mistake. Mistakes happen but take ownership. The cleaners did a sub-par job leaving the kitchen floor & 1 bathroom floor barely mopped if at all (had to be re-cleaned after they left). The price was not reduced for poor quality of work, or less time spent cleaning than what was agreed upon. They did pay for the replacement piece to fix the vacuum. So, if you’d like to have your vacuum broken then paid to be fixed… I’d say hire Stephanie’s team of “community clean Uxbridge”.

Helpful and have some good products but I wish there were more selection.
