I don’t understand why they rush it so much and leave the car not perfectly clean!? I actually asked, and one of their friendly personnel explained that the cars behind are waiting. So I explained, trust me, every customer prefers waiting 1-2 minutes extra rather than receiving a car that has been rushed through with still too many stains to clean up.I’ve visited this place twice and if they don’t clean it properly I will point out every little detail and ask them to clean that spot again.They don’t like that and show some attitude. But that’s fine. The only reason I visit this place is to have my car clean. If it’s not perfect, I’ll be a pain and won’t tip. That’s their choice!A message to the owner and the staff is to keep up the good work and focus on cleaning the cars exceptionally well so that everyone gives you a five star review and tips. Whoever you disappoint is a lost costumer and referral! You can be the best, you just need to choose if you want to?

I usually use them to wash my truck they really have suitable price, hadnwash with careful never scratch happens, they clean pretty good and dry it, is not detail tho as the price worth it, always has line up but is pretty quick, they vaccum inside and wash the pads if they are dirty with the same price.Recommended

Fast and efficient car wash on 4th Ave. For the basic wash, they vacuum your car, hand wash and towel dry it, clean the windows, and shine the wheels. No appointment needed for the basic wash and you get to you stay with your car the entire time which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Awful.Car left looking barely cleaned outside so I had to clean again once I was home. Thee dirt came off pretty easy so it wasn't even like it was stubborn dirt.Someone there was too heavy handed with my passenger door and jammed the door lock so the door wouldn't close. Workers proceeded to try slam it shut over and over and even try and lift up the door thinking it was out of alignment. Again once I was home I had fo fix this as it's never happened before.Would not recommend, they don't seem to care what state the car leaves in and don't check it over to see if they actually got all the car clean. Wish I'd have checked it over before I left and ask them to redo the dirty areas but I was concerned after my door they may break something else.

For $37 I really thought my truck would be clean . The car wash takes less than 5 minutes so there’s no way they could get everything . I had to go home and clean all bumpers, skirts , wheels and wheel wells.Would be nice if it was a few minutes longer and more attention to detail . Not just in and out . Probably won’t go back for that reason .

I have been going to these guys for years and yes, at the beginning a few washes could have been a little bit more thorough but as they have developed their team, the crew each have their own station, and they have become very efficient at it while keeping up with the busy-ness. Sharp right turn in to the car wash from fourth Avenue and you'll get out of the car while two guys vacuum front to back. They'll even take out your mats and give them a power wash. Next station is the power wash, dude station and then you will get the two man suds scrub down before driving slowly through the rinse (Which always feels really short to me) and you feel like you might have some bubbles still left on you, but then they'll chuck water from plastic containers on you to get rid of any stray bubbles then give you an exterior wipe down and at the end you get out of the car and while you pay they wipe down the interior glass and put your floor mats back in. Bonus points for being so close to all the luxury and super car dealerships because you'll sometimes see a crazy million dollar car getting a wash at the same time as you.

The worst car wash ever! Paid 32 dollars for 5 minute washing and all the tree glues and spider webs and stains are still on the windows and the car body!! Why would I even came here??? This awful experience ruined my whole morning!

Their service has gone terrible now. Earlier they were my favorite but now they don't have that enthusiasm. Specially when they know you have cine thorough Honda and have a coupon then half purple leave your car and go to next car and the interiors are just left unattended. They didn't open the back gate to clean the glass from inside. Did not clean the dash or the meter panel and there was still all the lint like before washing. Recommended to avoid if you have other option..

I'm not entirely sure what people are expecting for $35, but this place is great.No, you are not getting a professional detail job. Yes, you are getting a better and safer (for your finish) clean than a tunnel wash. They are quick, but that's because they have a team of 8+ people working in a very efficient system. Every time I have been, the team members have been polite and the job has been good. The owner is nice enough that he will block off traffic briefly to assist my vehicle in/out because of clearance issues. If you want to complain, either wash the car yourself or actually spend the cash for detailing ($125+).
