Very happy with their ability to replace my lenses with a new frame. I accidentally broke the arm of a designer frame that I bought elsewhere less than a year ago. The previous location temporarily fixed" the arm but it only lasted a short while before it came right off the frame. I read on-line that Optical Clearance Outfit can sometimes replace previous expensive bifocal lenses with a new frame. They did just that and saved me hundreds of dollars as this would not have not yet been covered by insurance."

Was accommodating at first to switch glasses but when picking up the switched the glasses didn’t seem like the ones I had picked. I asked for the previous glasses instead but they can’t find them and can not give me any information on where they are or went and those frames are apparently discontinued now ! So stuck with glasses that do not work well with my face and do not think they are the ones that were picked out. Not happy and was not a good experience from beginning as I felt rushed to pick out a pair as well. I did go during March/April and there was a time restriction for me and my 10yr old daughter of 30mins !!! Who can pick out glasses in 30mins especially having to assist a child in picking. Which probably lead to the in satisfaction in the glasses to begin with !

I've ordered glasses here before and had a good experience then.Had the sales lady talk me up to a nice pair of glasses. I loved them and she knew I was looking for silver. She didn't not bother to tell me it comes in a silver model. She tried to process the rose glasses and would not process my insurance. Looked online to find the silver pair. Ordered them from a place up the road, and for a better price.

I felt very rushed to choose my frames. Pandemic related I guess but there's about 2,000 pairs to sort through and after 20 min they ushered me out for their next appointment. 3 staff working and only 1 customer allowed in the store to browse at once. Hard to tell the look/fit while wearing a mask too as they do not provide the option to remove it in a private area. I will point out that it took over 2 weeks to get them filled (simple single vision) which is longer than most places. In the end the frames pinched my nose so badly I got a bad headache after wearing them for 10 min and cannot use them. I'm assuming however, things are probably better there when they're not operating under lockdown restrictions? Maybe not...2 stars because although my glasses/time were a total loss, the selection was large and I found the staff fairly helpful and courteous.

Good service an prices over the years. Store hous are not conducive to providing access to people who work M-F.Guess I will have to go somewhere that has appropriate and customer friendly hours.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful and kind. The gentleman who helped me find a pair of glasses that suited my face has always been very informative and helpful. He never makes you feel rushed or not important. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses. The wide variety of frames to choose from are awesome, and the prices are great.

I've never written a bad review before for anyone but the service received yesterday was appalling and people need to know. I requested contacts at the glasses desk and was told that because I missed an appointment to be fitted for contacts in 2017 (6 years ago) that I wasn't going to be assisted. I distinctly remember telling the person for the fitting,(amazing I would still have record) that the pm appointment time wasn't going to work with my newborn. I was reminded so rudely that they keep excellent records so it's really unfortunate for this business that there is no record of this. There was no degree of professionalism and no customer service skills present. The person's tone changed and she was just plain rude. My now 7 year old learned today that not everyone is nice in this world. Crazy that the person couldn't see her with me in a place where you purchase glasses or didn't care?I am a long time business owner in this city and I know that 1 unhappy customer equals many. I will be sharing with everyone I know. You deserve better Hamilton. Go somewhere that values your business and respects you as a person. To the business -no need to attempt to justify your wrongdoing. Nothing you say will make it better. Thanks for reading my review!

Same price or even more for inferior frames and lenses. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and on 2 pairs, the lenses were badly scratched after one month. I always clean them with a glass lens cleaner, wet. . but still scratched so easily. They replaced one pair of lenses with a harder material, but they still charged me over $300. One of the frames ordered were not what I had asked for. . similar but a cheaper version. Beware! I refuse to go back, rip off! Please do yourself a favor to avoid the frustration and go elsewhere.Re: Owner, I refuse to deal with you any longer. I've since purchased new glasses elsewhere and have learned a very expensive lesson.

Great glasses at extremely affordable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, they were able to fix my (and my son’s) glasses super fast without an appointment which I really appreciate! We will be back soon to purchase new pairs!
