Great customer service!!!! All new staff and management has made a huge difference with the vibe in this store. We had the best piercing experience with my 11 year old daughter. The birthday parties there are fantastic for little girls of all ages. I highly reccomend this store for anyone with a little girl, teen age girl or adult woman looking for fun accessories.

Paid $13 got two plastic headbands that literally immediately broke after 1 wear of each. Trash quality.

Had my daughter's ears pierced here and it was a great experience. We don't typically go to the mall and this isn't our style of store. Not what I had envisioned. The girl helping us was fantastic and explained everything super well. My daughter faired well and no tears.
