One of the worst experiences I have had. Waste of time and money, this place is over-priced with bad customer service specially the male sales person who acted like he is the owner and behaved badly with customer as well as his own staff member. Never coming back.

I highly recommend this store! I have been wearing glasses for quite some time and have always experienced problems. I tried so many types of glasses: bifocals, progressives, reading and distance. I would always have problems seeing properly for different tasks I was doing (mainly working on my computer) and would end up taking my glasses off. This, of course, would end up with my eyes getting worse and I would always need a new prescription. Well, after going to I-Vision Mapleview Mall, and having them listen to my problems, they recommended I try a pair for distance and a pair of compter" glasses. After having so many problems before

Rip off. I bought glasses there for me and my boyfriend. Spent over $700.00 each for them and my glasses hurt my ears and the paint came off arms also my boyfriends got blisters on his ears and his nose is sore and marked up from the glasses.

Good selection of glasses. Very friendly staff, really appreciate their help for me and my kids for selecting glasses and having the eye checkup. The optometrist is very friendly and gave us detailed information about the results. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

I have been to various Vogue Optical locations in Ontario and in other provinces, and have always had wonderful experiences when purchasing new frames. However, some of the representatives at this location are unhelpful, quite rude and condescending. The selection of frames is great and I am ultimately happy with my purchase but, my overall experience was poor.

I just wanted to thank Vogue Optical, for helping me with the issues i was having with my previous glasses from other places, they would either be sliding down all the time ordigging into the side of my head leaving marks. It's been hard trying to find glasses that fit comfortably and look good, but Nadia was able to quickly pick out pair's that were comfortable and fix all my issues, and they look good too. It was great to buy glasses without a sales pitch and get exactly what i needed. I have to ware glasses all the time, so thanks again Nadia for helping me, you are a true professional.

I am not from Burlington and need glasses to drive. Mapleview Mall was closest to me and I walked to the closest eyeglass store which was Vogue Optical. Two lovely people AnnaMaria a student and Ross a sales associate not only fixed the problem but Ross said it was free of charge. It greatly touched my heart for this extremely kind gesture on a Sunday. Blessed Palm Sunday to all.I will be going to Vogue Optical for my new glasses in the future.
