Service Force Towing Ltd.

This is a great company to use i highly recommend them.Mark the owner went the extra mile and made sure my truck got picked up on boxing day.The day is Christmas day. I called SERVICE Force because a scheduled collection had been made through Dodge Roadside Assistance. I was told by the Roadside Assistance people on Thursday at 07:00 that the tow service would get my heavy duty Ram 3500 at 79.5 hour from 7am Thurs. I called Service Force because the collection wasn't made as scheduled. I got the Service Force Owner on the phone. He didn't even know I had been promised a pickup up time today. Further, his equipment needed to get my truck, which is longer and has a 6.7 diesel engine. Would not be available for possibly 2 or 3 days. I gave the 4 star rating because the man was honest with my, instead of giving me the runaround. It is rare to get an honest answer in the world as it is today. Thank you.

I can't remember the name of the young chap that helped us (maybe Mitch?) but he was awesome. He picked us up after a break down just off Memorial. Super professional and kind. We found these prices the best of the four places we called and Leanne (?) on the phone was top notch. It didn't take them long to get to us and overall these guy were fantastic in an otherwise stressful situation for us as the truck completely broke down. We would highly recommend and use again.

Wheel almost came completely off my car while driving home after a night shift, service force was the first company I called and they were there within minutes. Service man Rick was extremely helpful and advised how to tow it properly took his time and made it to the shop and got my car on the lift safely and quickly. Made a really bad experience of the car breaking down into one that made me feel like it was all going to work out as best it could and Rick even gave me an energy drink because I told him how I had been working all night. Lol 10/10 service

Today Mason visited my garage to replace the flat tire. I appreciate his professionalism and skills. Crew like him are always asset for an organization. Great job Mason

We had a flat in the middle of the city with no idea what to do. Tara from Epic City Service came and was quick, helpful, kind and knew her stuff!! Thanks Tara for being our Friday afternoon hero. Will definitely be calling her again.

Booked appointment a day in advance but there was a hiccup and pickup wasn't until 2 hr later. I give 5/5 because the driver, Alex, is a pickup artist and a super awesome guy too. I left my phone in his truck and he delivered it to my door after I contacted the office.Amazing communication and they saved me from myself.11/10 for Alex definitely.

I thank my Roadside Operator for calling Service Force Towing. Even though he said 2 hours or less they came within like 15-20minutes. The operator of SF Towing was very friendly over the phone when they were talking with me about updates on the tow trucks arrival. The supervisor or assistant was also helpful in calling to verify my number and also asking for confirmation of address. They were very pleasant to speak with. The tow truck driver was also friendly and helpful. He even gave me a lift to my destination. I am happy with this company and recommend if anyone is stuck in a pinch.

My tire and rim sheared off the axle as I was driving home from Banff, after passing through Canmore on my return trip to Calgary. My roadside service searched for a company that would drive an hour to tow my car. Two other companies said no. About two hours later, Wanita arrived.She knew what she was doing as the job was a bit complicated.I recommend Service Force and particularly Wanita, who is competent and friendly.

As a former police officer for over 22 years I have dealt with numerous towing companies. Some good and some very poor.I just purchased a new vehicle and unfortunately ran into some engine challenges about an hour out of Calgary and required a towing company.I called Service Force Towing and spoke to the company owner Mark who was so professional and great to deal with. Mark dispatched a truck right away.The driver (Juanita) who attended was very friendly and ensured that our family was a top priority.If you are ever in need of a tow truck I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Service Force Towing! :)Thank you again for your assistance!!!!

Danny C. at Service Force got me out of a jam two days ago and I am recommending him highly for those that need the services of a tow company.I got stuck in the alley and could not get out, and he saved me with his expertise. He immediately went to work and got me unstuck in about 5 mins. I have his card now if I ever need help again.Thanks again Danny!
