I had to return a case of something I had bought and Robert was amazing. He responded super quickly and resolved the issue without any fuss! I was able to return the case. Really great customer service. Thank you Robert!!

What a horrible company. I placed an order. I get charged. I get an email confirming the order. I receive an email with tracking info. Come ETA, I check the tracking info again and it tells me that the order cannot be delivered due to 'no papper" work.' I called and the (sincerely) nice person who took my call tells me it's on back order and doesn't know when it will be re-stocked. Sure

I just wanted to give this amazing company 5 stars and if I can give them even more I would!!!! Easy ordering online, fast delivery, nicely packaged groceries and fresh selections!!! Honest and respectful staff!! Highly recommend to get all your grocery needs and more! Especially during this pandemic time I feel good knowing that I can totally rely on them to deliver my order each and every time!!! Again, I highly recommend this company! Scarborough #1 fan!!!

I recently signed up to Mr Case about a month ago and I have done three orders since I signed up. I am really enjoying using Mr Case because I can't get the particular pop that I like from a regular supermarket. And they never run out of that particular item. They also followed delivery instructions. I am going to keep using them even after the quarantine is over because I'm happy with their service.

Since I’m an old retired guy I enjoy going grocery shopping and the hunt for new or different items to experiment with.But due to the ‘situation’ and the need to stay home since I’m in a pretty high risk category a friend clued me in to this service. I must admit I was hesitant to try it but it’s been such a positive experience I’m sorry I didn’t find it sooner.The web site is very easy to use once you get into it a bit and I’ve just placed my second order personally plus I received one that my friends brought me as they included my items.I’m a vegan so shopping can be a challenge at times. Mr Case has lots of vegan selections and lots of fruit and vegetables.The delivery arrived within the hours specified and the items were perfect.I emailed customer service which in many companies is an oxymoron but not Mr Case. Michael got back to me very quickly and resolved a question for me for my next order.All I can say is how much I appreciate a service that’s helping to keep me safe and does better than one can reasonably hope for in these ‘interesting’ times.

Extremely easy online ordering.I decided to pick up my order rather than delivery; since no one would be at home to receive it.At the front office I was greeted by Sara; who quickly finalized my order and refunded the delivery charge.I drove around the back to shipping and my order was already waiting for me.I will definitely use this company again.

We used Mr Case pretty heavily in the beginning of the pandemic. They were always wonderful to us. Our groceries arrived in excellent condition and any time there was an issue the customer service was wonderful. Phil especially. I'm so grateful for everything they did for us.

Very amazing service cant stress how good the customer service is. Ravinder kumar did a fantastic job and i will be ordering again in the near future. Ordered kn95 masks but was surprised to see the expiry date only 3 months remaining!?! Called Mr case, he confirmed that it's the last batch they had , person rushed to transfer me to the seller, referring him as the guy's...I thought I was buying from a reputable co. Seems not
