DON'T make the mistake of signing into a contract with them. The fine print states you need to cancel your service (by registered letter) 90 days prior to contract expiry, or you are locked into another contract. To get out of the new contract" it is at the cost of 9 months' service (+- $1

Don’t ever, ever, ever, sign a contract with them. Will raise rates to triple the industry average and give you a small window to cancel. Any company is better.

Our account manager, Leana, has been fantastic to work with thus far. She has been easy to get in contact with, follows up with us in a timely fashion, and even came out to the site to ensure that the location we wanted our bins delivered to would be possible. While it is early on in our relationship with Waste Connections of Canada, our experience to date has been great and we would definitely recommend them.
