I would not recommend buying a toilet from these guys as it is hard to find replacement parts for them. Each part is specific to a certain toilet and very few wholesalers carry the parts. The next time a client is having problems with a Caroma toilet I will just walk away.

Shower bath selector dial is virtually useless unless you have pliers. Kitchen faucet started spraying and streaming at the same time after just two months. Will only do both as the switch seems to have failed. Looks nice but absolutely not worth the money

The 'above finished-floor' flange from Caroma was a complete life-saver...My first time using this type of flange, and I couldn't be happier with it. SO much flexibility on 'rough-in' position. This flange offers significant advantages over a 'below finished-floor' toilet connector.Caroma are a truly forward thinking company, making excellent products.They are very well represented in Vancouver, by Sustainable Solutions.
