My Mother purchased a stone for my now passed Dad and herself. The saleslady was pretty ambitious in terms of what she tried to upsell us with. Luckily I was with Mom to ask some pertinent questions for the add ons so we saved some on that. Mom decided on a small stone, engraved with a granite base. When it was installed the granite peice was much bigger than we expected or ordered and the face of it looked very small. When we went to see the fellow, we found someone who could not speak English in the store and that was the only person. It took a while to get the owner in and the sales person. This was two months ago. Finally they determined they put the facing on a bigger granite because they didn't have the right size in stock. It looked very unprofessional. We had been told when intially purchasing there was no room for initals, and this was not true, so we ordered the correction with the inital. We were charged extra for this.I noted when we went in to talk to them, they boasted a BBB member sign, and when I check on things with the BBB, they are NOT A MEMBER.It has been two months, and we still don't have the correct stone on the plot. I also note there are other BBB complaints that are unresolved.

It's been just shy of 2 years since I provided a deposit...still no memorial for my father who passed away. Have to consider legal options.Suggestion to people...think if you want the passing of your loved one to be more painful than it is...seek your monument elsewhere.

Everything has been paid in full for over a year now for my grandparents headstone and photo .. the actual proof of the photo didn’t come in until 11 months later , one of the excuses was they had to change suppliers which they refuse to even name .We got the photo and it was obviously edited from the original, we asked for no editing and they insisted nothing was done to the photo then later told us “certain things are adjusted” so the photo would bake properly.3 months later the guy got the porcelain photo done in the wrong background we asked for. Once we finally got the porcelain in the correct background the skin colour was washed out and the edits still stood out. We decided to just take our photos and porcelains we paid for and go elsewhere paying again to get someone else to do it . The guy got all defensive and started bringing up “legal” paper work on what our decision is ..Every time we have went in to speak to him and we’ve told him we were unhappy he turns it into an argument and gets defensive about why he is right and you are wrong “No, let me tell you!” very unprofessional.. does not care about your opinion just wants a yes or no answer. It’s hard enough having both your grandparents or in my moms case both her parents, pass away And having the process to get a nice photo go on for over a year.Save yourself the stress and don’t bother going here. There’s many more places out there with people who are actually willing to help you in the process and not fight you when you are unhappy with the results.Extremely disappointing.
