I have been a TD customer since I was able to open up a bank account. TD presents a very customer friendly image but it is all a lie. I have recently been impacted by covid and have had some financial difficulties, TD has charged me probably 12 different NSF fees in the past couple weeks and refused to do anything other that remove one of the fees. NSF fees are a tax on poor people going through a hard time and need to be made illegal to charge in Canada. They can see how much money I make and are completely fine charging me over 25% of my paycheque in banking fees. TD is as un-Canadian as it gets.

Very frustrating. They have 1 person on the tills and that’s it. No person should ever be left on the front tills by themself especially with peopleWaiting. Been waiting for 30 minutes to get helped.

We banked with TD at this location for over 10 years. You would think they would recognize me and that we would have a report but many times I found myself frustrated with their service. Usually it was based around me wanting to cask my kids check (with the kid right there) but the kid has forgotten their password or accidentally deposited jn the ATM but there was a hold put on the money. Seems like it was always something and then it was a trust issue and I always thought it was strange that they didn't see that we'd been banking there for so long and had no inconsistencies...When I went to the branch across the street from time to time, they welcomed me and I never had issues. I would go to them after this branch gave me hassles and they would happily help me.We moved to the west side for a few years and I had equally good experience at the branch there. This particular branch just has some strange practices, and customer service takes a second to their rules" and paranoia.Nice place inside. The bathroom is a hassle to get to

My new credit card arrived at this branch and sat there for 3 weeks before I called TD's customer service line asking where it was. They directed me to this branch where it was waiting. The envelope says a VM was left 2 weeks ago, however, no call was made and no VM was in my inbox. There's no excuse for not notifying me the card was there. If a notification was indeed made, why was a follow-up not made two weeks after the first alleged attempt?

Worst customer service I have ever had. Made me feel like I am just an account to them. Sam the rep I was dealing with had zero empathy for my family’s situation so I will be closing our accounts and moving to a different financial provider.

I signed up with TD over a year ago super friendly. But in all that time i find out they gave me a youth bank card. I couldve made made lots of money tonight but didnt. Apparently if you have a youth bank card you cannot use your card internationally. I followed up with td and their staff did a great job figuring out the problem and were really helpful! Thanks TD

The absolutely worst experience I have EVER had at a TD branch.I went to reset my pin as my card stopped working. Even after confirming my identity with two tellers, they told me that I failed in confirming who I was and that they had to keep my card. I was absolutely taken back and asked to speak to a bank manager to which one of the tellers I was speaking with advised he was, after mumbling something derogatory under his breath. I know that this individual was not the branch manager for so many reasons, one of which I would hope a branch manager would never act in such a callas unprofessional manner. Not to mention I over heard the conversation between the two tellers (if you are going to do that, do it outside of earshot).Any ways I’m not sure what they didn’t get over the pieces of photo ID I had handed to them and the other information I had confirmed, over and above the only two confirming questions he had asked me. I was nothing short of asking him to phone the police to confirm my identity.Long story short he asked me to try my pin one more time and would you look at that…. It worked. He started to back peddle on the conversation and his case of mistaken identity … too late damage was done.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DO BETTER!Given all the negative reviews STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!!!!!!

Everyone here is SO nice. There was a mix up with my appointment and Brad ended up helping me out, even though he had a client soon. Really solid move seeing as he isnt in the department i needed. (He still did a great job.) The front desk lady was also so friendly and kind. Ahh. Just all around a great experience being at a bank. No one likes coming into them, and everyone made my experience absolutely great. Thanks guys.

I can’t believe they have only one teller working! I’ve been in line for over half an hour and there’s at least 10 people behind me. Why can’t one of the senior staff stand up and help! What a joke! Switching banks ASAP!
