Prana Physiotherapy Clinic New Westminster

I have been seeing Sukhjit Gill at the New Westminster office. She helped me go from severe, debilitating pain to being able to do light exercise classes. I’m the kind of person who needs to visualize exactly what is happening and why, and Sukhjit is excellent at explaining the science-based reasons for my specific treatment.The ladies at the front desk are also amazing!

I started PT at Prana Physiotherapy a few weeks ago after a recent injury and have been nothing but happy with my treatment so far. Sukhjit and Dan have been so kind, understanding, and personable while delivering great advice and treatment. Herman at the front counter is so pleasant, welcoming, and efficient every time I visit.Overall, the experience at Prana so far has been excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Before writing mine, I read all the reviews, and the majority of them were quite positive about Physiotherapist Gill. Why am I surprised? I believe, it's better to be honest than fake. I don't know why, but maybe it was because my treatment was covered by ICBC, so she wasted my six months doing the same heat treatment and that too seemed improper most of the time even though I complained repeatedly for no results, as I had to suffer both mentally and physically. I had a really bad experience with Prana Physio and specifically the therapist. Although they had a fantastic active rehab trainer, they weren't offering me frequent sessions. I eventually had to switch clinics, so I joined Synergy Rehab. It was only there that I met an amazing physiotherapist who is helping me to recover fast. She gives massages, gave me heat treatment with machine, and taught me different stretches that worked wonders for me, and now I am starting to feel better. I would have believed that physio was a waste of time if I hadn't visited Synergy. I am confident in my argument and have no doubts.

Highly recommend Prana Physiotherapy (Sukhjit Gill) for magical pain reliving therapy (especially for expecting moms). I was in excruciating upper back and neck pain when I started seeing her a month back and would thank her a lot for finding the cause and treating with tens machine and manual efforts. As in pregnancy it is not much that can be done, I feel sense of relief from the very first session and thereafter. Would also like to thank the polite and kind reception staff members who are always on top of their work for scheduling appointments and sending in receipts! Great team work!

Daniel Kaminsky is an excellent and experienced kinesiologist.I have been going to him for more than one year and I believe his education and life experience practising different sports makes him good at his job.

Mini and her team are incredible! Caring, understanding and informative. They really do care about your recovery. I've had many physiotherapists over the years and I Highly recommend Mini physiotherapist services.
