Camera are ok , but customer service is very poor. Have to call 100 times if you wana get any service fixed.after 3 years now I decided to cancel this service for even cancellation they are not responding me on time .Poor customer service

0 star for Dixson. Man does not know how to provide the right customer services. I have had cameras with 2TB recorder installed from this company. Recorder stopped working in less than 6 month i have been asking, calling and texting him from past 5 month they havent fixed my problem.I recommend not to deal with this company for any security services.
