Xox Nails N Spa

I feel compelled to post a review after a friend and I received pedicures at this salon. They were completely unsatisfactory (for a second time at this location). Lovely staff but terrible results. Callouses were hardly attended to and nail polish is on the cuticles (that were barely trimmed). I say this in all honesty - we do a better job ourselves.

Life saver! This nail salon is amazing! They fixed my nails today. Very helpful! I will definitely be going back! Professional, clean, easy to talk to etc.

I have a broken humerus and have not been able to cut my nails, or look after my feet. My daughter and son-in-law bought me a mani-pedi at Xox Nails N Spa in Salmon Arm, and I can't say enough about the way the staff accommodated me. After the pedicure, two people stood at my chair and did my manicure because I couldn't extend my arm across the manicure table. And they were so pleasant about it! It was a relief to have my nails cut and my feet felt so good after the pedi! The staff were laughing and joking among themselves and with customers, so the atmosphere was really nice. I'm looking forward to going back! Thank you Xox!

Had a pedicure appointment for 9:30. Got in right away. Sat and waited. Man came and did my pedicure in minutes. No massage, no conversation, no attention to detail. I got the deluxe pedicure had a couple rocks rubbed on my legs for a minute, got the paraffin wax treatment that I’m still removing at home. Then all of a sudden he says we’re done. $75 for approximately 30 minutes. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend having the man do your service. The ladies who work there were very nice to their clients.

Awesome place owner and employees all do amazing work place is always clean and they are always great at doing my nails and even add there own touchs to them to make them look even better. Hands down best place to go to in salmon Arm for all your spa or nail needs.

This nail spa was large and clean and the staff were polite. I was able to get in the next day after calling them and received a great pedicure at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be returning.

If you’re looking to get your nails done this is the place to go! What an amazing job the technicians did. They make you feel like you’re part of their family or a really close friend! Super easy to talk to and are soooo funny. I truly had a blast getting my nails done with three of my other friends. The salon is clean, professional and friendly! (And they squeezed us in after hours and even invited us for dinner after! So sweet) I highly recommend coming here, decently priced and had an over all great time! This is exactly how a business should be ran!!!!

I have never had my nails done ever and this salon was absolutely AMAZING! The lady was so nice and really loved my experience! I'm addicted and will be going back for sure!
