ordered a part. they took the money but didn't send a tracking didn't send the part. now says my order is complete. I have called . emailed etc with nothing. now im out the money and no part. The site even went down just after I ordered . worst service

Purchased what was advertised online as a Mitsubishi Starter, manufactured by Mitsubishi and received a made in China manufactured by Wai. Not happy at all with this bait and switch.

I got what I ordered in about two days. I live in Toronto about 10 hours from the headquarters in Quebec. It came undamaged and I’m overall satisfied. I would give my experience a 5 star review, however according to other reviews they seem unreliable, sometimes not delivering the part, however they showed exceptional professionalism to me and the customer service was fast to respond.

Tried to order a starter motor for my KFX from their online store...figured it being one province over it would arrive quicker, and hey shopping somewhat local during a pandemic. My order was fully refunded" with no explanation or contact. According to their site they still to be operating. The kicker is they took the money off my credit card

DO NOT buy from this site. They charge your credit card immediately, before shipping the item (like a normal business would), or even having the part in stock. Then they refer you to a partner website that's twice the price. Multiple efforts to contact Topmarine.ca, and only the first attempt was answered. I was told to give it 24hrs to see the refund, it's been over a week and still no refund.

This business has very little, if not any customer service. I ordered a part and the order was not fulfilled. The business charged my credit card and there was no communication period. I did not receive an invoice, confirmation or a tracking number. I tried many times and different ways to come into contact with anyone with no luck whatsoever. I would not recommend doing business with these people. They are very unprofessional and doesn’t seem like a legit business.
