A few years ago we had Brad, Will and Darren take care of our kitchen and floor reno, so when it came time to finally redo the bathrooms they were our first call. Will and Stephanie walked us through the process and kept us informed on what was happening next. Kevin and his crew did excellent work, as did all the subtrades. All were careful to keep the mess down as much as possible, and all were polite and respectful of our shared space. They even put up with our dog Fergie< who can be a handful. The end result is breathtaking. We love our new bathrooms!

I had the pleasure of having Above and Beyond renovate two bathrooms and tile my kitchen floor. The job involved a full demo of the old bathrooms from early-90's-chic into the beauties they are now. They converted a tub area into a walk in shower, converted a shower into a tub and created beautiful custom vanities. They turned my very outdated bathrooms into a little spa oasis. Brad and his team were excellent. The onsite trades (Travis, Darren, Benson, James) and site management (Kevin) were all exceptional. There may have been others involved but those are the ones I interacted with. Each person that did this work was pleasant and professional and I am thrilled with the results. Not only was the work done well, but they completed everything in a speedy 4 weeks, which was amazing. The only issue I encountered was with some of the details around sourcing materials, so I would recommend that anyone working with this team to work closely with them when choosing your finishes to make sure it's exactly what you envision. That said, I give the team a solid 99% satisfaction and would absolutely use them in the future.

We have worked with Above and Beyond on more than a dozen projects and hold them in high esteem. Their experience shows as they are able to execute renovation projects smoothly and often on time. Above and Beyond did substantial renovations on our home and were excellent to work with. Their best quality is their incredibly thoughtful and useful suggestions for our home that truly were above and beyond our expectations, from installing veneers on our stairs to redesigning our kitchen cupboards for maximum storage space. Will and Darren made our kitchen renovation better than I ever thought possible and delivered everything in the timeline we discussed. Highly recommend working with these folks and I will hire them again.

Above & Beyond Concepts was the only company that was would repair a few cabinet doors for me. This company was referred by my daughter-in-law as she had full renovations done to 2 bathrooms and she was very happy with their work. They showed up on time, and did a great job on repairing the cabinet doors. I will not hesitate to give my business to Above & Beyond Concepts for any renovations I plan to undertake in the future.

Unfortunately our experience with Above and Beyond Concepts was not a good one. The installer that arrived for our floors put chunks of dark pieces and chunks of light together, giving them floor a very odd look.Garbage and debris was left outside the unit after discussing previously that per strata rules and the agreement I signed with strata as a condition of the work, nothing can be left outside of the unit. I was told this was understood and would not be happening.After contacting ABC about the flooring issue the installer returned to say that it’s not his job to look at what’s already been put down, rather he takes it out of the box and puts it down regardless of looks. Thankfully the project manager agreed that the sections should be redone and were fixed.Our top stair was not installed properly and we had to call a second time to have this fixed. During our final walk through I noted quite a bit of residue remaining on the floor and was promised a cleaning kit that would help get rid of this - almost a month later and it was never given.There are places where the flooring does not meet the wall, leaving blue underlay to show through. I wish our experience was a better one but it felt as though they didn’t care how the job was done as long as it was finished.

We had our flooring done by Above and Beyond Concepts in April - it took about a week for them to complete the job. During this time and the lead up to, they were amazingly responsive and gracious with all our questions. Brad and the team were always happy to answer emails, calls, and messages at all times of the day.The flooring we chose was beautiful and very competitively-priced. It's been a couple months now and there hasn't been any issues at all. The installation work was quick and efficient. Their pricing and timeline quotes were very upfront, you know what you're paying and when the job will be completed.All in all, everyone who's seen our home since has complimented the new look and said it's a huge upgrade over what it used to be.

We have used A&B Concepts for carpet, a custom door project and, most recently, two bathroom renovations. With every project we have been very happy with their work. From the beginning we were very impressed with the transparency of the process as we know nothing about renovations. Despite inevitable hiccups, they have always kept us updated on budget changes before moving ahead with anything. The finished products are awesome and we are so excited to have such nice spaces (and not have to worry about leaks anymore too!). Jenn was great on flooring, Darren’s millwork is incredible, and Will’s team did an excellent job on our bathrooms. We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
