While sandwich was ok.. store was a bit dirty. Also not changing gloves when touching their face.... Not a good way to promote healthy eating.

Great service today at 430 pm —May 11th. Had a roast beef double meat sub. Tasted amazing! Excellent customer service by a young gentleman. Must have a great leader! I’ll be back. Keep up the great work guys!

I work for Subway. As a muslim, I can't have meat here but I try tuna and egg sandwich which is good. But sauce combination is important to make your sandwich better.

This review is towards the subway in the Avalon mall. I rarely give negative reviews except when I have such a negative experience. I was at the mall and figured I should grab some food before going to work so I figured might as well grab something quick and thought of subway. First of all, the employees were being very rude to the person in front of me but arriving there after she started ordering, I didn’t know if maybe she did something to provoke it. Anyways, I told them the sub I wanted and they were equally as rude to me. Flash forward to me trying to pay. I simply asked if I could redeem my points if I didn’t have my card (like look up my card in their system), I would have been fine with a no for the answer but she told me “you can use your points but can’t redeem if you don’t have your card”. Now, I got slightly confused. To me, use and redeem are synonymous and to collect points would be the other term I would use to describe accumulating more... so I verified that I couldn’t redeem my points and just collect them, and the cashier corrected me and said that I couldn’t collect or redeem but just use my points .... i tried to shrug it off and decide I would just Pay with my debit and then the worker even had trouble understanding that. At that point I was done. I tapped my card and waited for the approval message and walked away. As much as I enjoy subway, I think I’m going to go to one of the other 15 restaurants that can provide better customer service

Service could be improved. However, if my day was spent making subs over and over again, I too would develop a sort of robotic flow after a few hours. Good food as always!

When I was tgere today, the lady behi d the counter making subs was wearing a mask improperly. Basically breathing directly over the food due to the mask not covering her nose. I did notice all other employees wearing the mask properly. I left the store empty handed since all staff was not taking the seriousness of our current plight.

It is what it is a sandwich shop....I took my 13 and 14 yr old kids there to get subs after sports games and they both love Subway. I think it's a little expensive it cost $36 for 2 footlong subs...one was a meal with a pop and cookies but one was just the sub both kids added bacon which cost $6 above the menu price of the subs. The service was slow it took 30 min to get the subs but it seemed a little busy at that time. All in all it was ok and the kids amazingly were full after eating!

Don't bother using the Subway app at this location, they have it ready 50% of the time. The past two times I have been slower getting my sub than those who went to the store and lined up. Staff needs much better training on the app.
