Worst experience ive ever had with H&R , inexperienced ,had appt for 6 pm couldnt get done in 3 hours so i had to come back on saturday at 9am , for another 3 hours , and after management came . They ripped up paper and restarted, almost cost me n my wife 1700$ ,the senior help we got was professional, but their new hire was unable to speak full English and would fluster and get mad when you asked questions about your own return.. took 6 hours which they charged me for. . Should have been 2- 3 . . Dont ask for charlene

Terrible experience took 6 hours to do our taxes which should have taken maybe 2.5 - 3 hours at most. The lady we dealt with had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Would have lost out on a big amount of money had I not asked for someone that was a senior to check over it all. So we spent 3 hours there one day she didnt finish and had to come back the next day for another 3 hours. And still ended up paying almost 500 dollars for our income tax to be done. If someone isnt fully trained then they shouldn't be left on their own.

i made an appt with them, came to my appt ten minutes early waited 45 minutes and then the receptionist said the person who’s handling my appt went on lunch and doesn’t know when he’ll be back. i left came back another time with an appt and she said i never booked with them so i booked another appt with them and again the person who was supposed to do my taxes was not there. only took 4 times for me to get my taxes done. unprofessional, unorganized and frankly rude that they made me wait that long without telling me what was going on

Very unprofessional culture at this Kelowna location. My wife and I made an appointment a week in advance and took time out of our day to arrive early for our appointment. We were kept waiting for half an hour with no explanation of how much longer the wait would be. We finally left without receiving service. We just moved here from Langley where we had a very positive experience with H&R Block for several years.

I'm really sad to see all these unsatisfied reviews. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location. I continue to go back because of that. The woman that helped me was kind to my children, funny, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional at the same time. She helped me learn how to save more money on my taxes, and explained why it was better for me to not get the instant refund. No one has ever done that before! I will keep going back to this location, and hope to see more good experiences like mine!

Very unprofessional staff. I was warned not to go to H&R block but I thought I would give it a try with a very basic return what could go wrong. It is a small office with small cubicles so I can understand over hearing other chatter but this was far beyond appropriate. 2 very loud men were coming in and out of the office asking questions seemed to be intoxicated and chatting very loud with the front desk lady while I was sitting in the cubicle about to get started. I don't mind the behaviour of clients, I am pretty easy going and understand sometimes it is out of their control but the fact that the lady seemed to be having the time of her life being entertained and talking to the one man about how she noticed he is single after looking at his paperwork and that she has a 26 year old daughter.. her nickname is Gonzo" etc I couldn't believe what I was hearing I wanted to plug my ears

She just wanted my money and to go home by 2pm.When handing her all my receipt she said and I quote I don't care about that". The who experience cost me $177 and instead of getting a rebate

Wishing google had a stay away" star. Stay away from this place like the plague it is. I wish I had a time machine so I could punch myself in the face for coming here.The agents couldn't figure out how to file our taxes properly for the first hour and there were many errors during the process. I was so unconfident with our filing

For at least the 6th year in a row, I continue to have a very positive experience here.Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They have always found ways to save me money, and accommodate my complex tax situations with flexibility. Effects of locale on privacy could be improved with better sound absorbing and taller cubicle walls maybe. Overall I am consistently pleased with service and staff, and recommend my friends to come here.

They never contacted me for the brief interview they said they needed to file my taxes after I dropped it off and then ignored the 7 voicemails that I left. Then also made it seem like it was my fault that my file was just sitting on their desk for months. What a wild and crazy experience how do you operate a business like that
