Alesca Restoration was a pleasure to deal with. They arrived when promised and took all necessary precautions in preparation of the mold removal. We received a report with pictures documenting the entire process from start to finish! We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

Angel is hands down the best contractor I've worked with. Ready to do whatever it takes to satisfy his clients. Competitive pricing, great work and service. I used him to remove mold in my attic. There's always room for improvement so I'll say it would be nice to know what to do to prepare for their arrival. If they would need to park on the driveway, how long will the smell be around, things like that.

I had water leak that caused damage to 2 of my bathrooms which resulted in mold. I called Angel at Alesca and he came to see it that day and quickly had a quote prepared which was also a great deal. Throughout the whole process angel was extremely easy to contact and prompt in his responses. For the day of he and his crew showed up on time and quickly got to work. They took great care in making sure my house remained clean and they were thorough. I can't say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend others use them for their restoration and abatement needs.

Angel at Alesca Restoration Inc was amazing to work with. We had a slow leak from our upstairs shower into the main floor powder room ceiling that caused a lot of damage and mold (drywall, plywood and wall studs).Angel was quick to respond and provide us with a quote. The timeline given was very accurate, and his team worked diligently and professionally to get the job done. All safety measures were followed and the site was left clean and mold free!I highly recommend this company for any restoration and mold remediation. Angel made the process stress free and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with his teams work.

Angel was amazing! I called on a Sunday morning (!!) our washing machine leaked upstairs and we noticed that our carpet in an adjacent closet was soaked. Angel answered the call and drove from a job in Niagara (gave us a highly accurate ETA) and arrived on time. When he arrived, he took extra care exploring all the spaces surrounding the washing machine and ultimately concluded that it was not a major problem and explained to us how to do the work ourselves (saving us $$). I can’t thank him enough and I’m very grateful we decided to call this company. Make sure to pick these guys!! We chose them randomly and were highly impressed with all aspects of their business - timeliness, communication, and honesty!

Went out of their way to help me solve a mold issue. Answered my questions and offered such helpful advice via text. Their advice allowed me to act quickly and ensure I was following all appropriate steps to prevent myself from getting seriously ill from mold exposure. I'm allergic to mold and this could have been a dangerous situation. Thank you so much!!
