Extremely cocky and rude. Filter through the fake comments and you'll see the owners, specifically the male, is cocky, and rude.I called in asking about medicine and he requested a consultation for the side effects of an OVER THE COUNTER (OTC) medicine. Then I realised he probably doesn't know the side effects. Super cocky and doesn't even know side effects of simple drugs. I told him he doesn't know the side effects and then he starts clearly reading off a computer. Shame on you. Go back to school

The staff here is nice but they seriously need a better procedure. I made an appointment at 1pm for a 3rd booster shot, they don’t tell you where you’re suppose to check in and how long the wait is. After 45mins of waiting, I approached the receptionist and asked for an ETA. She then led me into the pharmacy room to wait for even longer. What’s the point of having an appointment if the wait is the same as a walk in? There’s no one in-front of us and I’m the only one waiting. The staff works super slow with no sense of urgency! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO WAIT OVER 1 HOUR!!!

This was my first time filling a compounding prescription. The pharmacist I spoke to answered all my questions, including the price of the prescription, which was significantly less than other quotes I had received. The delivery was free. AND the day after I received the prescription the pharmacist called to check up on me. He talked me through how the ointment dispenser worked - I had no idea - and was once again patient and thoughtful. Overall this was an extremely positive experience. I'm so happy that I stumbled on this pharmacy. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is a wonderful pharmacy staffed by amazing pharmacists.We had a difficult compounding prescription to fill for our 8yo, and we couldn’t find anyone to do it after hours of searching. But pharmacists here were able to formulate it, and stayed late in order to do so. Our child is looking forward to a much nicer evening because of their kindness and help. Thank you so much!

I had similar experience as a few other reviews that I see here. The receptionists and the doctor are super nice, they were patient and educated me about my symptoms. The process was fast as long as you have an appointment. However, things became terrible once I reach the pharmacy. One pharmacy staff appeared to not like her job and was being rude to people. Wait time was long and questions were asked with no clear intention. I'm leaving this review not to blame them, but wish that they can introduce a better process in place for quality control and maybe consider treating patients like how they want to be treated. Overall great experience, would recommend this clinic.

To have a painless vaccine experience, I would recommend to purchase the vaccine from a pharmacy and have it administered by clinic personnel. Personally, I found that my first shot administered by clinic personnel was painless, while my second shot administered by a pharmacist was quite painful. However, if you request your own receipts, you may receive a vague response and be asked to step aside to avoid crowding the counter from the personnel working. This is not an appropriate way to treat patients asking just for receipts.

Super helpful and professional. I picked up rapid tests which fortunately for us were negative.The person behind me was coughing with no mask and then announced they needed a PCR covid test. The staff were calm but I am so sorry about the ridiculous clients they have to manage.
