I don’t usually do this, but I’m so upset. I usually get my hair done with Gina, haircut,style ect, she’s amazing. This time without even telling me until I called to confirm my appointment time two days before they said I was booked with someone else for haircut and style and only hair gloss with Gina which I never requested and I was never informed Gina didn’t have space for me to get a haircut or blowout when I booked the appointment with her but I said that’s fine I wouldn’t be picky. I should have been picky. My hair appointment was at 11 I left the same at 1 30!!! Two hours and a half. The clear hair gloss only sat in my hair for half an hour and I only asked for HALF an inch off my hair. The guy literally took an hour to blow dry my hair he was so slow, barley put the blow dryer near my hair like he had never done a blowout before it was so insensitive towards time as I had other appointments waiting for him to finish, you would think that since he took so long and his own time it would of been a good blow out but it wasn’t, I just ended up fixing it at home. Money down the drain unfortunately

I've been to this salon a few times over the years and I always walk away happy and satisfied. Excellent experience from the beginning. You can book through the phone or email. I usually bring an inspiration look and trust them to make it possible on my hair. The colourist and stylist work together to bring about your look in a professional and creative way.My hair takes forever to get done so the magazines, free wifi and cappuccinos are appreciated.This place may be pricier than most but it's definitely worth it!

I was very happy with my first visit to fortellis Gino was excellent and work with my hair to its best advantage. Josie was very informative and I look forward to seeing how she is going to transition my hair back to its natural colour,

Had my hair done here for the first time today. It was a great experience. Jen did an amazing job on my highlights and the price was a lot less then what I’m used to paying so that was a nice little surprise. Will definitely be returning

I have had my hair cut here a few times and dyed once. Everyone is professional and the cost is reasonable. Kate cut my hair today and she was lovely to talk to, and did a fantastic job.

Everyone at Fortelli is very friendly and professional. Gina is such lovely person and always does a fantastic job on my hair and it look amazing for months. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

This salon is a real gem!!! I booked my appointment for colour & cut online after emailing with Sydney. She was thorough in gathering the necessary information and photos to share with a colourist, before making the appointment recommendations. I already felt at ease before walking in the door!Josie brought my dry and over processed hair back to life! She created the perfect combination of highlights, low lights and tone to give my hair beautiful and seamless dimension. Not only do I love the way it looks, but it feels sooo soft.Tiffany gave me the best hair cut I've ever had, no joke! Beautiful long layers, face framing pieces and movement throughout. Even though I was the last client sitting in the salon (after closing time!), I never felt rushed. She gave me a gorgeous blow-out but didn't even stop there!! She took the extra time to add in some loose curls without me even asking.From booking to walking out of the salon, the experience was highly positive. Thank you ladies, my hair has never looked better!!!
