Natalie has been an absolute lifesaver. Jasper has come so far in such a short period of time. Natalie listened to me - and pretty much wiped my tears of defeat and frustration with my beautiful boy. Jasper loves Natalie so much that he pees with excitement every time he sees her LOL! Thank you, Natalie & Rose so much. I will be forever grateful for finding you.

Natalie has been an incredible resource in helping work on our two large breed dog's less ideal behavioural traits. We're only half way through our training and are already seeing recognizable differences. She has worked with us using a variety of training techniques opposed to the one size fits all approach we've had with other trainers. We're looking forward to our remaining time together and can't wait to see our dogs continue to improve in behaviour!

I can not say enough positive things about Natalie and Cold Creek Dog Training! I had quickly become overwhelmed with my 11 month old dog Tofu, and after being told he was “aggressive” by another business, I felt anxious to take him anywhere. She came to my home for a consultation and I knew right away she was the choice to go with! Natalie put my mind at ease, reassuring me that Tofu wasn’t in the slightest bit aggressive, and all dogs are allowed to have boundaries. I love that she shares this mentality. She’s knowledgeable, understanding and has contributed to me enjoying my time with my dog again. We have seen vast improvements in reactivity, command obedience and walking manners. We are so thankful to have found Natalie and Cold Creek!!

Natalie and her team are AMAZING!!! She really took the time to get to know us and our dog, Toby. Their approach sees the dog as an individual and they tailor the training to what works best for each family and dog. We have seen a dramatic change in our dog already. Even after the first session, we were able to take our leash reactive dog on long walks, near his triggers without issue. We had begun to feel lost with our new rescue dog, but Natalie has helped turn him into a well behaved pup. She is always checking in between sessions, offering continued support. Her team has been a life saver! We highly recommend Cold Creek Dog Training!!!

Natalie has been such a fantastic resource. We rescued a crate abused, never socialize 2 year old cane corso and were feeling more than a little overwhelmed by Xena's inability to be out anywhere or with anyone other than my partner and I.With Natalie's guidance, Dave and I can walk her downtown. We are working on developing her manners and sorting out how to introduce her to other humans. We are able to walk Zee, through the busy downtown without her being triggered.Natalie is direct, clear and patient with us. I appreciate all that she has done and have seen such great and, to be completely honest, not expected results. We have a dog who has gone from being an anxious 'land shark' to a relatively calm member of our family.Though we are experienced dog owners, we would never have made these strides on our own.Debt of gratitude, Natalie!!Thank you for all that you do!

I can't recommend Natalie at Cold Creek high enough. I was reaching a point with my setter where I was dreading walking him because of his increasing reactivity. Natalie worked with us together, being as patient with me as with the pup, and together has made our walks once again enjoyable. And Natalie provided me with the skills and knowledge so that I am also as related and comfortable as my dog.I was lucky to find Natalie to lead us through our issues and leave me with a happy, relaxed pup.

So happy to have found Cold Creek Dog Training Canada. Natalie is an absolutely amazing trainer and person. Right from the start she knew who our boys were (people who have known them for years still can't tell them apart) and has been so very good with them. We have two Cane Corsos and Natalie has such a great understanding of the breed and their needs. I met Rose and Natalie for the first time on a virtual meeting.I used one of their simple methods and was impressed that my dog became calm and relaxed in just the first hour.Natalie has been and amazing mentor and I have gained my confidence back with training.She is not only a good trainer, but she is a great listener.She is patient and will take the time to give more help when needed.Rose and Natalie are always there if you have any questions or concern.I would recommend them to anyone.They are personable, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Natalie has been so supportive with us and our adopted 1 year old dog who came with some behavioural issues and fear based aggression towards humans. A 1 hour session ran quite a bit longer and Natalie didn’t try and wrap it up or rush out, which showed me she genuinely cared as she continued to discuss and go over things.I communicated with Rose through email as well, and she was lovely.10/10 would recommend and have recommended to a friend who is actually starting up sessions with them soon!

Natalie has been great with guiding me through training techniques to deal with my aggressive,reactive dog. We are slowly making progress. We look forward to our next visits to see what Natalie has planned for us. She always leaves on a positive note and leaves me feeling encouraged
