I rent a property in Barrie partially owned by this group. It is full of mold and the heat is always low. I have had to call property standards numerous times because the landlord flat out refuses to fix the addressed issues. In one occasion he was fined for having and overflowing garbage dumpster with wild life crawling in/out and creating a safety hazard. In another instance, he got penalized by the fire department for having a locked front entrance to the building lobby because he feared vandalism.
