Only giving a star because you have to give atleast one to leave a review. Worst service I have ever received, wouldn’t let me get my car the I reserved, even phoned in prior to make sure that there would be no issues. Well get there to pick up my rental car, and now my husband, four kids and myself are stranded at the airport. Our family trip for our one sons birthday is ruined as we are now booking return flights home. So thanks Enterprise for ruining a 9 year olds birthday weekend.I WILL NEVER RENT OR EVEN MAKE A RESERVATION WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Normally I have always had a great experience but last time it was a nightmare. I forgot my sunglasses and its been 3 months but they wont ship the glasses to me even though I have provided a shipping label. They are very nice on the phone but keep promising to help but then continue to do nothing. Most of the reps I have spoke to say they cant really help because the main person I have been dealing with is their Manager Nick who appears is the one to have lost my glasses.Maybe other branches are better but be very careful of this branch!!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received from any car rental company!Polite, friendly and took the time to walk me out to my vehicle and explained how the vehicle return process worked at the airport.I’ll be using Enterprise again when I’m back in Winnipeg.

I have rented with enterprise multiple times in different cities of Canada and United States. Always they have given me good rates and clean cars.This particular pick up was from ELLICE ave and staff there was helpful. Great service starting from pick up to my return at the airport.Special thanks to Richard for walking me through the return procedures.

I use this as a key drop only for our long term rentals. However the staff are phenomenal and helpful and kind. I've seen alot of new faces over the last year work here, with the exception of a couple. Everyone has been helpful. The lines are short and the odd time they're long it's never been the workers fault.

It is weird to have a favorite Enterprise branch? I travel so much for work I feel like I have been to more locations than the average person and the Winnipeg airport location really takes the cake.Firstly, the staff is SO friendly. They are kind and helpful and treat each customer with a personal touch while getting the line moving quickly. Are they taking some training that other branches aren't? Is it just a really great manager? Enterprise needs to look into this, it is a pleasure to work with this group. Shout out to the young guy that was working the late night shift on Tuesday, 24 Jan - he is great ( younger, tall, Black guy - didn't get his name but give him a raise!)The pick up and drop off process is efficient and convenient, they have always had what I ordered including winter tires. The drop off takes no time at all, perfect if you are running late for a flight.The cars are good, always had a full tank of gas when I pick up which is nice.

Was needing a one way car to Brandon from Winnipeg, needed a car because my flight was canceled to Brandon so needed to reroute through WinnipegThese guys were the only ones I knew of for one way trips. Tried to call a few times to ensure a booking on short notice with no response.Booked online with confirmation from siteLanded in Winnipeg and got a voice-mail from them saying the online booking was left on by accident " and had no cars till after my stay.Thankfully budget was a le to help me out

My brother rented a truck from this location in mid April which broke down (engine failure) on the highway and he missed his flight. I have been trying to reach Enterprise reps for over a month to have them reimburse me the $500 I spent on a hotel and to rebook the flight he missed.I initially reached out to customer service end of April/beginning of May. Got forwarded to management at this location, who said they'll follow up and they ghosted me, even with follow up emails. I emailed customer service again a couple weeks later and it appears you have ghosted me again.This is such an embarrassing display of customer service.
