Only being told right before I want to sign the deal with them that I will need to do a trade-in to be able to get the deal. They never mentioned to me even I called twice and go in to the showroom twice..pretty disappointed and time wasted. Lol

bring back the mazdaspeed 3 have option for automatic and a manual option to compete with subaru wrx and hyundai veloster N and so on..... also overpriced vehicles and taxes are ridiculous mazda used to be a fair point in price where is it going might as well buy audi

March 31 2021have a 2 year old Mazda purchased used from another dealer...had an issue with a defective sensor and they were recommended to me....Everything about this repair was easy thanks to their fantastic customer service attitude...my initial call to them they confirmed it was a warranty repair, set a date and time for me to come in and told me how long it would take if I wished to wait around.On arrival I was greeted by Amanda, a young service rep...she took down details...already had a prior history knowledge from the previous owner and explained how long it would take etc...in exactly the amount of time they estimated I was called, everything done...Amanda even confidently answered a few technical questions I had about my car...Kudos..you guys have my business from now on!

Not impressed with their after sale service.

This place is the best place I have ever went to get my car fixed. Very polite. Francis who answered the phone when I called was very nice and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them any day.

Bad services after they sell you the car.

So it turns out the reason my new car battery kept dying was identified in a recall. Already had the car boosted 6 times. Needed this resolved, but service said they couldn't help me, and if I wanted I could leave my car there and maybe they get around to it in a week. Didn't offer any other solution other than earliest appointment in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, good luck with the boosts...or be carless while they might fix it the following week. Not impressed.

I always bring my Mazda 3 here in for general maintenance. The staff is always ready to help you out with their excellent service. I especially like Jerry in the service department. He took my car out for a spin one day when I had concerns about something going on with my car, then promptly set up an appointment to get it fixed. My car is running smoothly once again! Thank you so much / merci beaucoup!
