TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Wait time is always too long. Just 2 cashiers were open to help 20 people,I guess they are Understaff !

Smelt worse then a gym locker room! So disgusting, if I didn’t have to do my banking there today I would have just left and never went back. Makes me upset knowing there aloud to be open in these conditions and yet I’m not aloud to go the my gym facilities which are maintained much better then this bank !

Been a customer for 20 years. Will be leaving this bank as their customer service is completely incompetent. We have personal and business account with these people. Will be closing both accounts next week. Stay away from this bank! The customer service is absolutely horrible!

Bumb counter personnels. Mostly indian students. Save punjab" and screw Canada. I visited for my Debit replacement. The guy on third counter really waste my time."

We dealt with an employee Vahe and our experience was all good.We got our work done in no time.

I came here twice for an appointment with a credit card specialist and then for a TFSA specialist. And at both appointments they didn't know what they were talking about and gave me the wrong info. Credit card girl said my points won't transfer over from my old card to the new one, but they do. I've been frantically trying to spend my points so I can get the card before I leave for a 3 month trip, then I called and found out I didn't need to do that. Hope I get it in time! And then the TFSA girl said I have to keep $15k MINIMUM in there at all times... and that's when I knew I needed to just leave. Won't ever speak to a specialist here again. Not to mention TD left me stranded with no money after they locked me out of my account in Indonesia a few years ago- even after I warned them I was going to be making transactions there. A horror story I'll never forget. TD is the most ghetto bank. 3rd strike, you're out.

Very disappointed on the service and professionalism of the employees working in this branch. Just had a horrible experience and I am surprised this branch will allow such a service during covid19 and Ramadan. I waited 1 hour to get in the branch at 11:05am which is fine, but how does the employees not know how to complete a wire transfer? How do u not know what an IBAN number is? I kept telling them the right answer and they kept telling me wrong. Above that they told me fine do it, but your transaction will be cancelled???? What kind of service provider does that? Instead of finding out the correct answer, u r telling the customer you will lose $30 on this transaction ... wowww... had to drive back home, got docs from previous transactions and drove to holiday inn branch. 5 mins wire transfer was complete there. How did holiday inn branch know what an IBAN is? Super dissatisfied. Wasted 2 hours of my time whoz gonna pay me for my work hours lost?

Branch is the worst, first of all i went there and i see two tellers just chatting and laughing behind the counter while i am standing in the line waiting. Finally they called me and i wanted to make a bank draft. This lady forgot made an error of putting 3 instead of 4. I was in a hurry to get this bank draft, so i didnt check properly. I was very embarrassed when i found out when i was giving the bank draft to someone. Show some professionalism and pay attention to work. These types of errors should not be happening at a bank.

4 - 5 tellers at the front but there’s no any personal banking advisor available on Saturday? they asked me to call or come to see the advisor on monday, but I needed help right away or at least some advice. the lady at the help & advice section was talking non-stop on the phone for about 5 min without caring about me. ended up going to Holiday Inn location, got support right away, and very straightforward and clear. 5 star review is for 5 tellers at this Hespeler location. one for each of them.
