I got help from the most friendly guy. His name is Morgan and he really went above and beyond to make me happy with my hat. He worked fast and entertained my boyfriend and I through the whole time! Perfect embroidery and I’m super satisfied with my hat and I actually had a very good time in there! I recommend that store and extra 5 starts for Morgan!!

I went in today to have 3 hats made for the Humboldt Broncos and even tho my hats won’t be done until tomorrow after I was told they would be done today I’m still giving the Store 5 stars because of the service I received from Darcy. Instead of turning me away she worked a double shift to get our orders done (There were a TON) with machine malfunctions and staff needing to be called in on their day off,I know this evening was a stressful one for her! DARCY your hard work and efforts did not go unnoticed, and you have done more then your part during this time for hockey parents who’s kids and partners were in the crash all the other hockey families in the world!

This is my go to spot for hats when kids is packed haha and buy the odd jersey. Staff are more than knowledgeable about every team.

These stores are a life saver when you're stuck shopping with your significant other and you want to get away, don't even need to buy any thing just pop in, watch some of the flames game and chat up with the usually laid back employees
