I came in about 5 minutes before the closed hoping, after visiting a number of walk ins that Friday evening. The receptionist was kind enough to put me through even though she didn't have to and the dr saw me minutes after I sat down! Great service!

This place is so unprofessional the only professional person here is the pharmacist. The doctor is always late and has people waiting forever if you aren’t interested in doing your job let somebody else do it, I understand being 5 minutes late once in a while but ALL the time and 30 minutes to almost an hour late????? I would never recommend this place to anybody go elsewhere if you can.

She said you have to wait till dr back from lunch. Was just 130 pm but she said wait till 4I asked any other walk in the area ?She said google it with attitude.......very bad customer service if I was healthy or not in pain I would not be there

I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years and seen a previous dr that worked there that was great! Unfortunately things have changed and you can no longer go to get blood work done without seeing a Dr and becoming a patient. So I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was advised by Dr. Assistant that the Dr will be joining us via video.When someone makes an appointment the Dr should be present in the office. I walked out.Now I’ve been advised I can no longer go there for blood work as it’s a PRIVATE LAB-as far as I know taking blood with a requisition is covered by our GOVERNMENT under our health card.The office mixed up my paper work for my blood, deleted me as a patient. Being type 1 diabetic it’s imperative for me to get my blood work done in order for me to get reimbursed for my diabetic expenses- now I have to go again and do the work all over again and wait to get my money back.LETS SAY I WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAINIt’s to bad because their lab tech is great at her job. Only reason why the clinic even got a star ⭐️
