Jazz at this store needs to learn customer service. She was completely distracted and unaware of her surrounding while texting on her cell phone. Later on, my daughter heard her saying she can’t stand customers at the flooring desk to another associate. All i wanted was to make an order and it took her 10 min to stop texting before saying this isnt her department and that I’ll have to find someone else. My usual experience is good here. This employee needs to understand professionalism.

Had a great experience with Miguel in hardware. Came in with defective house keys that were cut at this location a week prior by a different employee. Miguel, with his experience and great customer service, made it easy to fix the problem free of charge. A true professional! Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee.

Got a new front door from Home Depot and was completely satisfied. Started the quote online and had someone at my house to finalize the order within days. The manufacturing process was 3 months which is too long but there are supply and labour issues everywhere. Installation was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship of the install is incredible. Very happy with the door and the process from start to finish.

7 employees were very helpful today between 11AM and 1PM. We were sorting through deck boards but there weren't enough for our needs. A full pallet was two levels up. An employee (1) helped us by sending someone (2) to cleanup area to allow the forklift (3) person through and into the aisle. The truck rental person (4) was very speedy in proccessing our request. Cashier for wood (5) was quick and sent another employee (6) to help load rental. When we were done with van we were processed out (7) politely and quickly. All in all the lady operating the forklift gets 5*. Great job everyone.

I have been to this store 3-4 time within the past couple of weeks (redoing my bathroom) I feel I should be receiving a discount. Because they have ZERO cashiers opened I do my own scanning of all my items bagging of all my Items. Why am I not getting a discount for being my our cashier?

Great selection of demo models of tool chest cabinets on wheels. Yasser, Gary, and others made selection and purchase easy. Ended up with 36 inch Black Husky combo and they put it in the wife's van for easy transport home and setup in the garage.
