Great staff. Our pup loves it!

Took my puppies here for some Grooming, they looked wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our dog LOVES coming here! Hes been to the play lounge a few times and hes always tuckered out from a day of playing. He just spent the weekend there while we had to be away, and he must have had a blast because he came home and went right to his favourite spot to take a nap. We HIGHLY recommend this place!

Made the drive from Calgary to get my doggie washed! Definitely worth it! The staff were so friendly and did a wonderful job!

Positive Haven was very good to us when we were adopting our puppy. They made sure that we knew the one that would fit our needs. The only thing that bothered me was how dirty the dogs and yard was. The yard were were put into to meet our pup had garbage bags in the corner of the yard and the inside where the dogs were kept was gross. When we adopted our puppy, we had to take her to the vet as she had a rash going from her belly to her genitals which we didn’t notice until taking her home. The vet says it is hard to know what is wrong but it is likely due being in a dirty kennel for too long. Again, we don’t know for sure but if you had been looking after the dogs properly, you would have noticed this rash and had taken her to the vet. Disappointed but happy that she is in a better home now. I would not wish for any dog to live in the conditions that they were.

Tried this place out for the first time for our grooming of our terrier. Gave instructions on what we wanted done but they butchered her hair, there was no reason to do this.They cut her hair uneven all over, nails not done, hair in her paws not done, cut virtually all her hair off her tail. Looks like someone put a bowl around her and cut her hair that way. Tried contacting them but no response, if they didn't know how to cut this kind of dogs hair then they should have stated this to us before cutting her hair. For 75 dollars I expect a professional job not a amateur job. Had to take her to another groomer to get fixed up as best as possible, that groomer was horrified what was done to her. Do not take your dog here and waste your money, find a real professional groomer as they are NOT! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO ON THIS REVIEW I WOULD!
