I can't say enough about this dry cleaning store. They bend over backwards to get the stains out of clothes. The staff are remarkable. They all need a raise!! It's the staff that makes the store great!

They rehemmed a vintage silk dress with the exact very thin type of thread used in the original garment. I was so impressed and they didn't even charge me extra for the harder to find product.

will not be using them again. Took in a table cover for dry cleaning that had some mud along the bottom. I paid almost $50...and that was with 20% off ..and it still has stains all along the bottom...very unhappy with the price and the service

I was going to take a bunch of my things that I had been putting off taking to the dry cleaner today. I pulled in and my boyfriend jumped out of the car to go across the street. The lady inside came out and started yelling and screaming at us for parking there. Needless to say I decided not to bother if she was going to behave like that. Absolutely horrendous way to treat people.

I needed French cuffs on my short sleeves and tapered pants and the tailor would not do it. She angrily said No! And then another customer said you can try the tailor in the stone mall.

Great Service. We use them all the time. Very friendly and clear about what can be cleaned and what can't. I brought in a shirt today for my wife and they told me it would be too risky to dry clean that particular mix of fabrics. So I really get the sense they watch out for their customers.

Took a wedding gown in for cleaning - the gown had many layers and was quite dirty on the bottom from an outdoor wedding. I didn't have high hopes that it could be cleaned, but I was assured it could be done. They did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Parker Cleaners on Suffolk - staff is very friendly and helpful!
