Nice park on beach, nice beach, not much in area, two small villas, must drive (hour plus) to see and do anything. There is a good bike trail along coast that is 7 miles, 12k, to North Rustico, a very nice place to visit. Just outside park are shops to eat and buy stuff. It rained much which makes mosquitoes plentiful. Did have 3 nice sunny days while music festival was happening, 5k from park.

Was amazing to see! So sad to see all the damage from the hurricane last year. The park is still working through the damage but it’s still beautiful!

Absolutely amazing place. The beach and trails are awesome. The beach is huge and stretches far. The water is a great temp for dipping feet into. There is an active life gaurd presence. Relaxing as can be.The trail offers some stunning views. The trail isn't difficult and the floating dock portions offer views of the dunes that is just something to see.Bonus is the massive dragon fly population so mosquito's are in check.Plus the dragon flies can be seen in some great colors and if you are calm they are more than happy to land on you!The cost of entry was $15 for myself and my spouse and it is well worth it.Parking additionally is ample.Again highly recommend if you are going to be in the area. It is thus far my favorite spot in all the province.

Departing from Cavendish Beach, very beautiful beach and a good walk in Cavendish. I discovered MacKenzies Brook where there is a cave. Without forgetting Orby Head, Cape Turner, North Rustico Beach, with magnificent views all along the coast. I also discovered Robinson's Island, great trails and it was quiet, few people when I was there. Then there's Shaw's Beach to relax. Continuing the road, there is Covehead Lighthouse. It was closed inside. Again, amazing beach and the same for Stanhope Beach. Several trails nearby. In the end, you will find it magnificent and will have amazing memories.

The changes in landscape was something I had never experienced before. The trail is fantastic. Strata with the forest , to the sand dunes and finally leading to the beach. It is just surreal.

Loved this park. We didn't have time to explore & stay at every spot as long as we would have wanted to but were able to spend a nice few hours on the beach. There is a really secluded beach right next to Brackely which was really nice and Brackley itself was beuatiful.

What a joy to have this beautiful place to enjoy. The park is so well maintained and clean. The hiking and biking trails were wonderful and there were places to just enjoy the views along the trails. The beach is wonderful and the sand dunes are beautiful. The water was 19C and the tide was calm.

The park has definitely changed since Fiona, but the Parks Canada staff have done an amazing job of rebuilding infrastructure in time for the summer. New access to all of the beaches, debris safely removed, and the facilities all seem to be open at Cavendish and Brackley. I have always loved PEI Parks and still do.
