Sutton Park Inn

The owner was so nice and welcoming. Took the extra step to make sure we were comfortable. Wifi and TV were included and working fine. Enjoyed our stay at Sutton Park! Will definitely have to try the restaurant next door next time - heard great reviews.

My husband and stayed here to celebrate our legal wedding. We only stayed one night, but Mr. Kim was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out so that we could enjoy the beach in Kincardine during the day. Mr. Kim is hilarious and friendly, he definitely made the stay a treat. The hotel is older, but very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are motel-style, which is nice for being able to come and go from the beach.

The owner of this place is the nicest person ever. Far beyond what I would expect. I was turned down from a few other local hotels because I lost my driver's license and only had a health card for Id. He checked me in without hesitation. I also lost my cell phone earlier that day and he let me make a few long distance calls on his cell phone. Also hooked me up with a bit of food. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the restaurant that I hear is great. I'll definitely be driving down again to try it out. Definitely would recommend because of the great people who own it alone. Might be an older building but it's well maintained and the bed was comfortable. My room was clean

An enjoyable stay. With all the other hotels booked up late at night this was a last resort and we were expecting a run down, severely outdated, not sure how to sleep under the sheets motel; however we were pleasantly surprised. While the rooms are small and a bit outdated it’s just general things that don’t matter. The beds were new and exceptionally comfortable. The owner is very kind man as well as his wife. Breakfast was good and the eat in area was also lovely. Definitely recommend

Used this hotel when I emigrated to Canada and a few times during my travels. Comfortable. Michael was courteous and very helpful. Restaurant excellent. Comfortable. Welcoming atmosphere. Close to shopping and other amenities. Great for Bruce Power and Hydro staff.

Will never stay at this place again! The hotel smelled very musty. Our room stank, the only light that worked in the room was the overhead light. Toilet shook anytime you used it. Spiders in the bathroom and only a couple of TV channels worked. Only plus was the beds were clean and comfortable

We paid $145 for a double bedroom. Despite it looked old-fashioned, we would expect the room to be perfectly cleaned (for $145!). There was a washcloth from the previous occupant hanging on the bath pole (see picture). Furthermore, there were some stains on the towels and we found hairs in the bed. We will definitely never go back to this place again!

Went to Kincardine for blues fest. Great time! Stayed at Sutton Park Inn and at first glance didn't expect much. However the rooms were clean and had everything we needed and more. I have done a lot of travel and have never met a nicer host. Micheal, the owner was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Very nice gentleman. Had a great sleep and the free breakfast was very good. The attached Akima House restaurant was awesome! The food was plentiful and cooked to perfection. The entire staff made us feel welcome. Micheal hats off to you your family and staff for making my family and I feel at home. Thank you. Whole heartedly recommend this place.

The rooms are nice, but have a musty smell to them.You get used to it after a short while. The TVs could be a bit bigger and offer more channels form those relaxing nights in.The breakfast area is ok, but we found mouldy bagels set out for guests.Price was decent for what it was. Not sure I'd stay here again but overall it wasn't too bad, as far as the room goes.

Great place to stay. took family for 4 days. Excellent service and rooms were great. The breakfast was better than the hotels i have stayed at and service by Owner Michael was above and beyond. Would recommend this to anyone.
