Excellent service and amazing location; close to so many restaurants, shopping and highway. Although, traffic is a major issue in this area at peak times. The rate was very fair for s king suite. Though the hotel appears fairly new, the particular room I was in seemed worn. It was spacious and the layout was good with all the necessary tools of a kitchenette, but the toilet had a very slow leak out the front, the vanity faucet was loose, there was cracked tile with embedded dirt in the shower and the shower head was grimy. I suspect this is an isolated issue with the hotel or even the room itself. I will continue to stay with Marriot since this is the first substandard room I have come across. But unfortunately it made my stay a bit less comforting. There are many other hotels in the area including another suite-style straight across the street which I would probably try if I ever had to travel to this area again. This is not a review for Marriott overall, just this location and maybe even just the room I stayed in.

Horrible service. Pull out couch was not prepared and had used sheets. We found a dirty sock inside it. When requested the front desk to send someone, he said that they did not have anyone working to attend to it. So my wife had to change the dirty sheets. On a Friday night, only one employee at the front desk who seemed untrained. Absolutely horrible service. Will never stay here again.

Good value. We stayed here for work for a weekend. The staff was amazing and especially helpful at breakfast time so that was great. The rooms were a little sub par. My shower had some broken items. But overall staff was amazing so it made up for it.

Been staying here every time I come around. Kids love the pool and hot tub! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.The free breakfast is awesome, it also has a waffle maker. I will continue to stay here.

Townplace Suits was an amazing stay for my group during our birthday weekend trip!! They took us in at 1am on Friday night after we had to leave our first hotel cause it was awful! They were so amazing for us and within 15 minutes of being in our room they called to check and make sure everything was perfect. As well as make sure everything was going well and we were happy through the weekend!!! We were exceptionally happy with this hotel it was definitely amazing. The price for the night was excellent we were shocked for how great the prices were! The room was so spacious and our beds were very great. The breakfast was also great. The pool and hot tub were awesome they were so kind and let us go in and use it after hours.

we stayed for 5 nights at this hotel at the end of January 2023. The room is nice, but had to ask everyday for dishwasher soap, garbage bags, as we had to change the garbage ourselves, we had to ask for paper towels, pretty much everything that should have been done on a daily basis, we did ourselves .on our last day at the hotel, the coffee pot broke on the coffee maker as the bottom stuck to the plate, and hot coffee went all over the counter and me, which caused burns to my foot. hotel staff didn't seem to care that my foot was burnt, plus we had to clean up the mess ourselves, and had to ask for more paper towels..... not impressed.I personally would not stay here again.

This place is going downhill fast. Been staying there once per month for past year or so and really noticed a decline in rooms. More and more items are broken and not replaced. Latest gem was the door lock was taped over so that you could not use it.Not that it matters to me, but for someone else, this could be a huge issue.

I have been staying at the hotel for the last 2 weeks and it has been nothing below exceptional. The people at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. They get to know their residents and will have conversations with you throughout the day. The spread for breakfast is always lovely and the room I am in is very well maintained. All in all it's been an excellent experience and I would gladly come back.

As Marriott “Titanium-level” member I have often stated here. Repair of plumbing is becoming an issue. Three days of requests to fix slow-draining sink produced no response. Location is great. Breakfast menu could use improvement.

Been staying here every time I come around. The staff is very friendly especially Yogita in front desk she was very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean.
