I am changing my review for this seller and giving them a one star rating (you can see my previous review in brackets below). The I purchased a Mercedes from them about 8 months ago and now I had to pay about $3500 to fix a transmission issue. The seller did not respond to my request and the registered mail I sent them and asked them to follow up on this matter. This is very unprofessional. [I strongly recommend Auto Exceptionelle. Everything about this dealer is professional and genuine. I flew into pick up the vehicle I purchased on line from Peter and even our interactions leading up to flying was exceptional. He picked me up right at the airport(no extra charge) he even organized and got me into getting the vehicle undercoated for my trip ( at my request). He made it happen so I didn’t have to wait and was pushed to the front so I didn’t have to extend my trip anymore then what it was. All the information was what he said. Nothing shady. It was full disclosure with no question unanswered or information hidden. I 100% recommend this dealer and especially dealing with Peter as he is a gentleman and a professional. I don’t typically write these reviews but after my dealings this is an exception.
